Wayne makes the best well pump, I have bought other pumps and barely last six months this one is still working

Pump works as advertised. Easy to install but instructions need to be more detailed. In this case the diagrams for the freeze plugs and air/water ratio plug need to be improved with an improved explanation. But pumps works well and I'd buy it again.

Purchased one, it leaked, installed replacement, it leaks. Must not be any quality control going on.

Fairly quiet pump. I've been using it for almost 3 weeks and no issues. Stay away from the cheap pumps you see at Lowes(they are noisy and break). Wayne pumps seem more reliable and better built.

The outside packaging should mention, in bold lettering, that the pump is to be used in doors. I opened the box and it wasn't until I read the instructions that it mentioned indoor use. This doesn'tmake sense to me because where in doors is someone supposed to use it and what in doors could it possibly be used for?

Good, solid pump. Works very well. Also quite forgiving as I accidentally fed 230V to it for a few seconds. Perhaps a default factory setting of 230V instead of 120V would be a safer way in case of mistakes like mine.

I had no problem replacing the old pump with the new one. The price of the new pump was well worth it. I would recommend Home Depot .com to others!

Pump leaked because it was assembled improperly. excessive cost to replace

Used it the first day primed it worked great for about three hours went out three days later to water my lawn, it's stopped working . Called customer service and they said maybe there's not enough water down there. Really!

This is the fourth and probably the best well pump I've installed in our house since 1973. It seems to be more efficient and is the quietest of all of the other pumps. The pump is installed in the basement directly under the kitchen. Every other pump we have had there was no doubt when they were running. This one I can only hear if the house is quiet, no fans or TV on near by. It was also the easiest to prime with the dedicated port. The only reason I did not give this pump 5 stars was a problem I experienced within the 1st 3 weeks after installation. Three times the pump did not come on when the pressure dropped below 30 lbs. I traced the problem to the electrical contact for the hot wire of the pressure switch. I contacted Wayne and they sent out a replacement switch after I described the issue. While waiting for the replacement switch to arrive I cleaned the switch contact and so far there has been no repeat of the problem. Replacing the switch should be relatively easy should the problem resurface.

Replaced a 40 year old pump WOW why did I wait. Straight forward install easy prime I now can run two showers with no notice of surging.

I got this pump in just about 4 days after ordering it and was very satisfied with the way it looked, as a matter if fact I was so happy with it that I turned around and ordered another one for another well that I needed one on. It runs very quiet was real easy to hook up and pulls water from my 65 foot well just fine of course the water is only 11 feed down from the top of the pipe. I have had it just 2 weeks but think it will last a long time it is very well made or looks like it.

Please note that this is an interior pump or a pumphouse must be built to avoid rain. Other than that the pump is fine with a good warranty, primes easily and is quiet.

Pump seems fine so far. Only complaint about the pump us 3/4 inch outlet. Other complaint would be this is best pump home depot has but don't keep it in store. Nothing in store but plastic ones and they are no longer displayed so you can see them. Took pump to the store to get proper fittings. Girl working in that department had no clue about anything. Didn't know NPT meant. Got what i needed myself but geez.

I were looking for better water pressure.This product delivered.I give it an A+
