1st time that I used tge side burner I ended up melting the plastic end cap. The design should be changed to raise the height of the burner.

Prefect size, good materials, easy to clean and easy to operate

I found this grill pretty easy to put together and the steps were clear. It looks great and does an awesome job. It heats up very quickly. I have been using it for about a month now probably about 5 times per week. I have made everything from steaks, to burgers, hot dogs and sausages, to asparagus, green beans, squash, zucchini, romaine, to wings, drumsticks, you name it. Every thy has come out great. I thought about going with a cheaper grill, but I’m very happy I didn’t. I’m also very happy that I decided to upgrade and get the sear station and the side burner. I’m very happy with this purchase!

I really like the grilling results, but the product was damage. There is dent at the bottom and a dent in the grill door. Although these defects do not affect the cooking, it was dissappointment that such a high end product arrived with any damage.

The best grill by far but the tank hole is too large.

The bottom plate that the wheels were mounted too rusted out and one of the wheels broke off while moving. Weber replaced the bottom plate with all the mounting hardware under warranty. The burner kit they supplied did not have the mounting screws.

Nice quick heat, cooks great and love the sear station. Easy clean grilling and cleaning for the most part. I miss my big table top space on the old Weber 22" Performer Charcoal Grill. And still trying to figure out using wood chips on a gas grill, too...

Thanks Weber for the updated packaging style. My Spirit E-330 came in via Fedex without a scratch, packaged beautifully and well protected. Assembly was very easy. I would suggest people read the online assembly instructions thru and/or watch YouTube videos as to how to assemble. This really kept me from making some mistakes and felt familiar when assembling. I had it together in 1-1/2 hours easily. Nothing hard about it, just follow A, B, C, etc. Cooked some great wings along with sweet potato medallions and some assorted veggies for dinner. Awesome flavor. I will be hard pressed to use my 22" Charcoal Performer for a while now. Burnt the processing oils off first and it reached 600 degrees in 7 minutes. HOT. Seasoned the grates next. No sticking to mention. I can bring the temp down to 250*~275* by using only the left burner on low. Great for slow cooking. I think I will really enjoy cooling on this grill due to the taste I enjoyed last night. The Sear Station is an added bonus as well as the side burner. Looking forward to using this grill and it's many features. Hope this helps Cheers!

Sub par quality. Included broken parts and dangerous because it caught on fire. Had to return. Tried buying same grill again which came with dented base. Returned that one. Tried buying same grill a third time and that one had scratches all over it. Don’t know why I stuck with Weber they obviously have quality control issues.

The wheels are awesome. It's easy to move around. The propane tank sits perfectly on the perch inside the cabinet. I love the extra "SEAR" burner. It lights up quickly and easily. The only reason I did not give it FIVE stars is two things...the side burner doesn't always stay lit well & there are loops for BBQ tools to be hung, but that doesn't fit ALL - if those notches were designed differently it would be a much better option to have. Otherwise it's nice, but I can't use them.

This is my first experience of a gas grill. It was easy to setup using manual and delivery of the product was on time. Product is of good quality that you can feel while assembling. First grill experience with beef and chicken kabobs was exciting. Will try steaks next time. Easy to clean after cooking :)

Hello everyone, I just want you to know that this is my first Weber gas grill. It is the Spirit E330 and I am 65 years old. I have had many grills over the years and thought why spend the money on a Weber all grills are the same. Boy was I wrong! First of all unboxing it I noticed that the parts were so much heavier than the parts on the grills I’ve had in the past. They I started to put it together and low and behold all the holes lined up and the nuts were welded on WOW. Then after about an hour and a half it was assembled. And without a doubt it is the most sturdy grill I’ve ever owned. But how does it heat and cook you ask? Well I want to tell you I couldn’t wait so I put burgers on that night and the grill is hot I’m going to have to adjust how I cook the next night I did a spatchcock chicken and it turned out perfect. I can see I’m going to have many wonderful years out of this grill. Thank You Weber!

I sent a warranty claim a little while ago. Not sure it was received. The side of the BBQ is totally burned up (the plastic located there). We have used the BBQ moderately for I believe 2+ years and only do regular BBQ so surprised it would burn up like that. I sent pictures in the warranty claim. Otherwise it has worked for us, good size, not too big and not too small. Never used the side burner before so could do without it.

Awesome construction and easy to assemble! Grills food evenly across the entire grilling surface and the grates are wide. Best grill I have owned yet! Thanks!

Best gas grill I ever have, easy to use, maintains temperature, food comes pretty god, so far, burgers, chicken (whole and fajitas), beef fajitas, vegetables, pull pork, rib-eyes and sirloin so far.

This grill is fantastic! Easy ignition, cooks perfectly. Highly recomend.

Great grill however I’m having trouble using the gas burner on the side since the flow of gas seems to be leaking air into it or something is off.

Bought this grill from Home Depot and had it delivered to my house. Assembled myself and it is not difficult just time consuming. First problem was the electric starter cap on the battery broke. It was replaced by Weber no questions asked. Grill was registered with Weber. After owning it for 2 1/2 years the wheel support on the base weld broke. The unit sits outside but does have a Weber cover on it at all times. The wheel support did not break because of rust. It was a quality control spot weld. Weber would not replace it under warranty. It was very difficult to replace and there are instructions required complete disassembly of the top , drip pans , LP tank. After 2 1/2 years of the grates were completely rusted through even though I have a Weber brush to clean them. Replaced under warranty. I don’t mind paying for parts but who is going to fix? You!

Very well built quality product The tank storage area holds and weighs your propane tank and has easy access.

Excellent grill. The store help me put in my trunk that was very helpful as it was heavy. Took me about seven hours to put it together.

I bought my E330 about two years ago, spring of 2017. I knew I didn’t want some junk sold at some stores, and my dad has a Weber Genesis Redhead and its always been solid, so Weber is where I went. And the Spirit was the PERFECT fit for features and pricing. It has never failed me, never let me down. Occasionally has an odd burners deal where it ignites on primary burner, then second reduces flame and third sometimes flat out extinguishes the flame altogether. Just shut off valves and redo. I expect this will live a long life like my dads that is not about 23 years old.

Bought about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier - replaced a bigger top of the line from another manufacturer and so far this outperforms what I had!

I purchased this grill online. This is my 3rd weber gas grill over the last 20 some years. This one seems to be lighter built than the others and its long term durability is suspect. It did have a damaged hood that was quickly replaced by weber The grill itself lights easily and cooks well. I really like the sear station and side burner. The sear station works very well on steaks. The side burner is great for cooking or warming

Although it is relatively new and I've only used it a couple of times, the grill appears very nice and just what I wanted in my new grill. However, not being a mechanical person, it took me and a friend no less than 3 hours to put it together. The worse part of this purchase had nothing to do with the grill itself but with Home Depot. When delivering it, it was left in open and plain view in the middle of my drive way so we couldn't even pull the car into the garage and or move the box due to it weight. The good news....when Home Depot management was contacted and this brought to their attention, they sent two of their drivers back and it was moved to him proper home.

Easy assembly, everything fit together perfectly. Sear station is a plus, first use was to cook a flat Iron steak, cooking heat was even and steak was perfect. Weber is the way to go.

I ordered this grill specifically for the back, (I know that's strange) because my dogs will always get to the grease tray with an open back. I had it shipped, and while putting it together following the instructions with the photos, the back piece is different than the pictures and the manual. I called Weber and they told me that this back panel has been changed to a shorter panel to allow for more air flow, and to allow my dogs easier access to the grease tray. Fair warning!
