This my second Weber Grill and I'm getting to know it

So far a durable grill. Searing option is a great option. I was able to assemble the grill in about an hour.

I bought this grill to replace an almost 20 year old Weber Spirit model. There have been a number of improvements. For example, it is far easier (when the time comes) to replace the burners. I built this item my self so I knew how it went together. Build time was around 2.5 hours going at my pace. The instructions are fantastic. After construction, I had an issue with the door allowing room to replace a tin foil lining I use on the drip pan but it corrected itself (?). Also, this model has a weight fuel measuring system. It is ackward to install a new tank.

Easy assembly, working great and easy cleaning.

This grill is great! Be aware however, the new grills (unassembled) are being shipped with a different back part than originally and this is not reflected in the instructions or in the any instructional videos. I contacted Weber (with a lengthy hold time) and was informed that this was in fact the correct part, that they received multiple calls a day about this issue, and that things just hadn't been fully updated yet. It is confusing because the sides still have the holes for screws where the old part used to be placed. The grill, once assembled, is fantastic!

I previously wrote a review saying there was a problem with heat distribution. I now retract that review. I have used the grill many times now and am very happy with it.

Great grill and performs great. With the extra side burner you can cook your vegetable too.

This Spirit E330 is my introduction to Weber propane grills. They’ve always been just out of my price range so I’ve always owned cheaper brands. I can’t complain about my previous grills because they all lasted 10+ years and they cooked OK after I learned how to manage the grill. Well let me tell you…this grill is awesome! I’ve had it a couple months and I’ve cooked in it maybe 5 different meats. Each time I’ve used it, it has made me more and more happy that I finally took the plunge and bought a Weber. This grill does a great job at what it’s built to do. If you’re on the fence, just do it. You will not be disappointed.

This grill is fantastic!! I decided to build it myself, and I’m glad I did. Doing it myself allowed me to be acquainted with the parts in a way I wouldn’t have otherwise if it had been pre-built. It wasn’t difficult as some have said, but a bit time consuming. You can lighten the load by cutting away packing material and opening the lid in the box. First, we cut off a side of the box and folded it down, so instead of having to lift up anything, we could just slide it out. Next, we took various things packed in the grill box itself that lightened the load considerably. Then it just slid out. The directions are pictorial, but understandable. At various times, a second person can help, not so much for weight but for holding pieces in place while you screw something in. It wasn’t too difficult and the end result is very nice. My first project was grilled peppers — piece o’ cake! The came out beautifully. The grill gets screaming hot very fast — that’s great. The peppers were done in record time. Next, I tried a filet mignon. Wow! Following Weber Chef Jack Ovens directions this was the best steak I’ve ever cooked in my life. I did use the Weber iGrill 2 thermometer connection and I’m glad I did…the filet was at 125 very quickly, much sooner than I would have thought. I pulled it off the grill and it was perfect! Did I say I love this grill? The next project was chicken on a rotisserie, an accessory I also purchased. Works great! Grill heats evenly and heats up again quickly when the lid has been opened. The temperature gauge on the cover is great, front and center and is really useful. This is the best grill I’ve every owned, and I recommend it highly.

I got a used Weber Spirit Silver from a friend 13 years ago and used it since then. Going on 20 years of service, it's still a very good grill, but I wanted to upgrade to a sear burner and a side burner. I didn't seriously consider anything but Weber. There are cheaper options out there, but just a little research indicates they don't have the quality and construction of Weber. You really do get what you pay for.If I have a quibble about the grill, it's a little tight getting the tank into place--but I really like have the compartment door on the front to cover the tank and provide storage for my tools. Good, consistent heat throughout the cookbox, accurate thermometer, and the porcelain grates are truly non-stick with regular cleaning. No fancy bells and whistles, just an excellent grill. This is the perfect vehicle for me to up my grilling game to the next level.

Wonderful Grill, easy to assemble, and easy to use! Cooks very evenly and very easy to clean! I would definitely buy from and recommend Weber again!

Heavy duty grill cooks beautifully love it got it for Xmas and just used it last night for the first time very happy with it

This is the perfect grill for me. I do not have a large yard and this small grill is just the right size. I have only had it for a few weeks but we have cooked many many wonderful meals with it. Don't let the small size fool you, this thing is a beast when it comes to putting out heat. It can easily peg the 600F thermometer in the lid with all five burners running. We use it with a pizza stone cranked all the way up to make wonderful home made pizza. On the other hand, I have used just one burner with a foil packet or wood chips to make smoked chicken. The high heat also makes great grilled oysters and vegetables. I have used the side burner to boil a small pot of water, and to melt butter for sauces, but I do think the side burner is a bit underpowered for actual cooking. They call it a simmer burner for a reason. The construction is very sturdy and well made. If there were one thing I didn't like is the propane scale, I find it a little difficult to lift a full propane bottle and set it on that tiny hook on the scale. Not a real problem, I guess you don't have to use the scale if you don't want to. Oh, and that high heat makes it an breeze to keep clean.. After cooking on it, I just turn it all the way up and once it hits 600F a quick hit with a grill brush makes the cooking grates look like new.

Very happy with how fast the grill heats up. Love the sear feature.

Grill has exceeded my expectations. Easy to start, but more importantly I find that whatever I am grilling it cooks evenly, and quicker than on my previous grills.

I've only had the opportunity to use my new grill A few times but I've been using Weber for years. I haven't tried the side burner yet but I'm sure if it's anything like the rest of the grill it'll be great as well.

Great grill , purchased griddle top for it and that works great also.

Gas regulator leaked. Hard to hang full tank, hole in floor too big

This grill came well packaged, delivery was scheduled and on time. Assembly took some time, going slow to get it right, but the instructions were easy to follow. Had a beautifully cooked steak for dinner the night I assembled the grill!

This is my second 330. Purchased one for our vacation home first and now for our other home.

Second Weber Grill. Loved the first. We have limited space and really wanted the searing ability. Up graded to a model that has searing while still fitting. Fantastic

Bought my first Weber grill and am satisfied with the quality. The grills I’ve had in the past were tough to clean and didn’t have the warranty Weber offers. Weber did stand behind its warranty which was impressive. I had the grill 2 years and had an issue with a burner tube and they stood by it. Very happy with their service department as well. They shipped out the part I needed very quickly and I was back in business. I will be purchasing nothing but Weber in the future as I believe they’re a superior product.

Cannot get the heat on low, just stay high no matter where the knob position

The ONLY complaint I have is the open back of the grill. The display model the back was totally enclosed. The one I received 3/4 of the back is wide open. When I inquired at the place of purchase, I was told the floor model is a older one the one I received is an updated version?

Easy to put together, gets hot fast , love the sear burner.
