Easy to assemble, incredibly packed, starts right up. Best value for a high quality smoker your money can buy in my opinion, this one is a no-brainer!

Had this grill for a few months, used less than 10 times. Handle (which isn’t heavy) completely broke off. The temp setting changes on its own, which causes grill to heat up or reduce heat without any adjustments to setting causing meat to burn or undercook. Insanely frustrating and customer won’t reply to email, voicemail or answer phone. Never buying another Z Grill product.

I have only had my ZGrill for 2 months so far it has worked flawlessly. Heats up and cools down quick easy to clean, and it cooks like advertised. So far not disappointed.

Easy to assemble and the finished product is well-designed. Our first pellet grill so it's a learning curve, but no problems just takes longer than I thought for simple things like hamburgers, steak and so on. Haven't tried ribs or brisket yet, but I am looking forward to the results.

I spent a lot of time researching and deciding. I've used it a couple times now and it works great. Went with the stainless steel lid because of people complaining other grills chip and flake. It's exactly what I was looking for. Would be nice to have a trap door to empty extra pellets or ash, but not a big deal at all.

The grill had some rust and a slight gap on one side. I contacted ZGrills and was told that they didn’t have an order number. I should contact the vendor, Home Depot ! Overall disappointed in my purchase. The grill does function okay.

Grill works well and temperature was accurate. Only thing is it truly doesn’t get hot enough to sear. I bought it because it said it seared. Other than that, it works well.

Excellent Pellet Grill/Smoker! Love It! Works Great, very versatile, and the food cooks/tastes marvelous. Super straightforward assembly out of the box, only took a few hours, everything fit and even a pair of work gloves was provided! Nice! Thanks Z-Grill!

I was hesitant to purchase this over other brands. However, it has proven itself time and time again.

Don’t buy one. Mine had fires in the feed tube/hopper three times before the auger quit working. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful and sent me a new auger/hopper assembly. The new part didn’t work at all. It started, then the temperature up and down from 200 to 480 until the grill shut down. I contacted customer service again and I haven’t heard anything from them for three days

Great food coming off this thing. Family is loving everything that I've made so far. Grill came with a bad LCD temperature unit.

I would not recommend anyone purchasing a Z-Grill 700. From the start, the grill did not operate correctly. The heat exceeds the selected temperature, running 30 to 50 degrees to hot. This makes it useless as a slow cook smoker. Z-Grill customer service will not answer their phone and do not reply to voice messages. When you attempt to contact them via the on-line chat, no one is available. Z-Grill customer service only responded to email, providing a lame troubleshooting effort. When we advised customer service via the last email exchange that we would like to return the grill their reply was, “… according to our return policy, you need to contact your original dealer to ask for a refund or a replacement.” I will be contacting Home Depot tomorrow.

Easy assembling instructions. No damage upon delivery. Works very precise. No complaints.
