I've made a pork butt and FINALLY had a grill big enough for brisket! Everything works great so far and as I get used to this grill things are only going to get better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good. My advice: follow the instructions. I put the grill together and did the break-in in one Saturday afternoon and evening with no problems other than I didn't see the casters packed like a hot dog in a bun within the cover until I had the bottom stand complete. In retrospect, it was probably easier to wait to install the casers until the bottom is completed so the base is not rolling around as all the screws in the base are being tightened. I recommend using a ratchet wrench if you have one to tighten the many nuts but having the parts marked and the little pieces packed in plastic is great. I also recommend a piece of carpet or large bath mat to protect the finish during assembly. Sunday afternoon I cooked a beer-can chicken in my "Stoneware Chicken Roasting Dish" and it was excellent. Only clean-up were a few ashes.

Everything you could ask for. Well constructed, easy to put together, easy to use. Awesome e food and fun.

Its beautiful. High quality materials. Easy to use and makes great tasting food. I definitely recommend this smoker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my Z Grill for a short time, but I have used it almost every day and I love it. I had my Holland grill for many years, but it had worn out on me and through my research for a new grill, I landed on Z Grill and I am happy that I did. Assembly was easy. Best instructions on an item that requires assembly that I have ever encountered. So far, so great!

Consistently maintains desired set point temp, get a high temp of 450F, wished it produced consistent smoke at 225 - 250F.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this grill because the reviews were good. However, I was disappointed on a few features of the grill. The first issue is that the cooking grate is way too heavy and bulky. You should have split the cooking grate into 3 sections to promote ease of cleaning. You have to use the full 70 inch grate if you're only cooking steaks for 2. I couldn't get the 70 inch grate in my sink and it was very difficult and heavy to manauver. Secondly, I was disappointed with the amount of smoke produced by the grill. You should have included a switch to add additional smoke as desired by increasing pellet flow. I thought this grill had a patiented ash removal system to make clean up easier. The only way to clean out the ash is to vaccum the firepot and surrounding areas in the bottom of the grill. For these reasons I would not buy this grill again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my grill for a couple weeks. It showed up on time and well packed. Despite damage to the boxes, the grill came through unscathed. The grill went together nicely thanks to easy to follow instructions and high quality construction in which everything lined up well. The performance so far has been good, I've grilled wings, steaks, ribs, and a pizza. The temperature tracks well with the set point, and I like the blue tooth thermometer system that I purchased with it. Good grill.

This weekend smoked 4 racks of ribs they fit great and came out perfect. The only complaint is the drum came with a dent in it I hammer it out all good

Build quality is superb and easy to assemble. 1st fire-up process was a no-brainer. I'm having so much fun with this grill. The cover and other accessories are what put the icing on the cake for me. Gotta love the custom fit cover! Thanks Z Grills for building a superior product at a fair price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first time I followed the directions on an assembly. The S-700E grill actually went together as the instructions illustrated. It does take a while if you do it by yourself but all of the step by step guidelines worked flawlessly. It did take me close to 2 hours. The initial lighting of the grill was also clear and went well. Make sure you understand the error codes as one popped up and i solved the issue quickly. I did use the grill to cook 2 whole chickens. I was very please with the outcome and the next step is to play with the grill to change the different smoking levels/flavors. Overall I am very pleased with the grill. Looking forward to my next set of meats. One last note - this grill is very solid and the steel is thick in its construction. Unless you leave it out in the elements, this grill should last a very long time.

This has been best cooking purchase I have ever made. The 700E was delivered to my home in February of this year and I’ve been a hero to my family ever since. Cooking at home has never been so important and the Zgrill has produced the best Ribs, Chicken, Beef, and most of all, pork butts, that we have ever tasted. Look forward to many more years of using our Zgrill.

The grill was very easy to assemble, and the instructions were easy to follow. I am 68 years old, and did not have any problems with putting it together. I cant wait to start exploring the many ways to use my Z grill.
