Okay rug! I like that the colors are neutral so the rug can go with just about any/every room! The cons- the color is very light, you can barely tell there is any pattern. The depth of the rug is very thin, it is not soft for plushy. Lastly it took a while to flatten out, the corners still roll up. Fine rug.

We bought a runner and large square shaped rug and the so far they're perfect! Received the runner yesterday and cant wait for the large one to arrive. We have gray hardwood floors, ivory furniture, white cabinets in the kitchen and built-ins, so these rugs match perfectly. Will buy more!

I got two different sizes in this rug. The runner on back order just arrived yesterday. Both came tightly rolled up, and the one I’ve had for almost a month is still very bumpy vs. flat. They look nothing as advertised with ends all curled up, etc. So I’ll be sending both back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is beautiful. True to the pictures online. It is a little thin so I recommend buying a pad if you are expecting a cushioned feel but we love it. Our experience was great. The order came quickly. We are very satisfied.

Low quality rug, it is not same on video and images. Thickness is not 0.5, I measured it as 0.25. I watched the product video but it is misleading customers.

This rug is better than the photos of it. Very pretty, exactly what I wanted. Arrived very quickly

Love the colour and pattern so much it brightens up our mid tone grey family room and keep a cohesive look with its silvery grey. Free Shipping to Toronto, Canada in 6 days during snow storm was really impressive. I am happy with my first purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While it’s beautiful, mine came rolled differently, more like folded, and now there are bumps over two weeks later that still haven’t gone away. It’s unfortunate because I may have to return since my 1 year old twins keep tripping on the ridges.

This rug is beautiful! Shipped and delivered quickly, and looks amazing in our room. Glad we got the pad too! Only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is we are struggling with the corns sticking up where the foot traffic is. So beautiful it’s transformed our space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug has a pretty print, just wish it would lay better. When first out of the package it was creased very badly. Layed it under a heavier rug to help smooth it out. 1 month later still has creases (not as bad). Hope it goes away.

This rug is beautiful. I ordered the 9 X 12 and it covered the area exactly as I had hoped. I've already used my Bissell Crosswave on it and there was no problem with colors bleeding. A really great value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is great, thin but great. The only other issue with the rug is that it has been in place for three months now and still hasn’t fully flatted out. I was thinking of using the heat from the water of a carpet cleaner to get it to relax.

Beautiful rug! We have it in our dining room under a large dining table and it's perfect! The print is not too much and the colors are beautiful!

I love the colors and the look of it but It’s a very thin rug, I got the hallway runner and maybe because it’s narrow, but it’s still not laying flat from being rolled and it’s not very pretty because it’s lumpy and not laying nicely at all. I wish I could iron it! Ha!

Pretty disappointed with these rugs. They are so wrinkled. We’ve tried giving them time (over a month), putting heavy things on top of them, and rolling the other way but they are just a mess. Would not recommend purchasing.

Cozy rug without an overwhelming design. I like it.

It is a beautiful rug! My rug came promptly after I returned the first one. My issue was the rug, after 10 days, did not lay flat. I returned it and received a new one. It has been 5 days, and I am still waiting for some areas to flatten out. The rug was rolled very tightly and the bumps are still visible. Hoping it will flatten soon, or I may have to return this one as well.

It's a pretty rug, but doesn't look cream/gray. It has a lot of blue in it. I originally wanted it in my living room, but it clashed. Luckily I have a gray basement, and it did work there.
