It is a beautiful rug! My rug came promptly after I returned the first one. My issue was the rug, after 10 days, did not lay flat. I returned it and received a new one. It has been 5 days, and I am still waiting for some areas to flatten out. The rug was rolled very tightly and the bumps are still visible. Hoping it will flatten soon, or I may have to return this one as well.

It's a pretty rug, but doesn't look cream/gray. It has a lot of blue in it. I originally wanted it in my living room, but it clashed. Luckily I have a gray basement, and it did work there.

Really a nice rug for the price, soft, nice pile, great size, pretty color!

Four things to know about this rug; 1. The 10x14 size came folded and not rolled. 2 weeks later and I am still working to get the fold marks out. 2. I knew the pile height was very thin but this rug is not soft at all. Good to know both pieces before purchasing. 3. The colors are nice with a soft charcoal grey, light frost blue and more white than cream color. 4. Definitely upgrade to a nice pad since the rug is very thin.

Takes a little while for the edges to unroll. Very pretty rug. Pretty color.

Love the rug! I didnt want anything plush or shaggy with two kids and a dog and this is nice and short to keep clean. My only concern is the creases eventually coming out to lay flat. Sometimes cheaper rugs don't ever end up laying nicely. Delivery was also quick. Overall the rug is worth the price tag so far.

This rug is very attractive and arrived quickly. But it has four dime-sized black dots woven in the center of it. The rug has no black in it otherwise. So I’m not sure how these three dots were woven into it with black threads. Very strange. I’m putting the rug under my bed which covers the defect. So I’m just going to keep it because I really don’t want to go through the trouble of returning it and waiting for a replacement

I boughtvthis 8x10 rug and its perfect! Arrived in 3 days. Its only been open for one so not complete flat yet but I am so happy. I was concerned about buying on line and reviews are not the best. Pay attention to when your item is available. There was another I had picked also but wasn't available until January. It is thin but I bought it for color and style not so I can lay on the floor ;). Dog and feet approved!

This rug is THIN. I’m soooo disappointed with the quality. I feel like the other reviews are deceptive and this is not the plush rug I was looking for. It looks decent, but honestly feels like cardboard underneath my feet.

The rug is blue. Not light grey with darker grey. I had to have received the wrong one! However, there are no blue options. It is a baby blue color.

I had new flooring put in and I had a darker rug that wouldn’t look good. I got this rug and it’s perfect. I love the way it looks and I’ve gotten several compliments already.

Definitely a bit thinner than I expected, but with the rug pad underneath it’s perfect to soften up those hard wood floor. The coloring is beautiful, ivory and grey, and looks like the one pictures online. Overall very satisfied especially for the price!!

Carpet is soft... pattern not quite as crisp as shown online but still a nice rug....

Good quality- well described on site. The colors and texture style are all on point as described on the site. Worked well for stair install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is more grey than I expected from the pictures. We ordered a smaller one to see it first, and glad we did. We are using the small one by the back door and bought a different rug with a mix of ivories, browns and greys.

Beautiful rugs. Looks great in our gray and white bath and closet. They came rolled. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

The rug came with a few creases in it from the way it was folded, but it is very pretty! Goes great with our grayish blue walls.

Love this rug! The blue is definitely more royal than navy, and that’s exactly what I was looking for.
