Providing false information or omitting required information may be grounds for denial of enrollment and/or suspension of participation. Participants must provide a valid email address during registration or, if previously registered without an email address, by accessing their Pro account registration, contacting the Pro National Account Customer Care Center or visiting their local Pro Desk or Special Services Desk.
