Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's on sale for the Spring Deals event?

The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden, including patio furniture, as well as outdoor power equipment. That way, you'll be prepared to enjoy the greenery and beauty this season. You can also get a jump on DIY projects and spring cleaning by taking advantage of low prices on tools and storage. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with brand-new appliances, too. These incredible Spring Deals run from April 23rd through May 10th, so don't miss it!

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Be certain your home is equipped for springtime weather changes by replacing faulty components of your home. On the outside of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that could let water in. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms and snow. Also, check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water freezes inside the cracks, you might be looking at trouble.

Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, or blizzards, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a nearby window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

When is the free Kids Workshop this month?

Head to our Kids Workshop from 9–12 noon on May 2, 2026. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this cute keepsake box that fits all sorts of tiny treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage fine motor skills, creativity, and listening abilities. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
