Can I get Express Delivery?
Select items can arrive at top speed with Express Delivery, a same-day service that delivers straight from your store to your front door. Orders must be placed by 4 p.m. local time to ensure delivery. Your order's eligibility depends on driver availability, item size, and local stock. See if you can get Express Delivery when you set your local store online or in The Home Depot app. Qualifying products will show an Express Delivery tag in your cart and at checkout (excludes aerosols, custom mixed paint, and bulk orders). Additional delivery charges may apply for Express Delivery orders.
How can I prepare my home for summer temps?
Make certain your home is ready for summertime temperatures by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On your home's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent excess water from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.
What types of moving boxes do you have?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Enjoy power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
What benefits do doorbell cameras have?
Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a nearby window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
