Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Father's Day Deals at Home Depot?

This June, find Father's Day gifts that fit his interests. Explore the savings at our big Father’s Day Sale, and find great deals on practical gifts like patio furniture and tool storage to generators and riding mowers. We've also got up to 40% off Milwaukee tools. These bargains run from June 4th through 24th only, so shop fast.

What do I do to prepare my home for scorching summer temps?

Be confident your home is ready for summer temps by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. On the exterior of your home, examine shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that can let water in. Keep gutters clear and functional to keep rain overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture gets in the cracks, you could be looking at a problem.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
