store was clean and items very easy to find and service is good

Sales associate was extremely helpful, knew immediately what I was describing and knew where to find it; got me in and out of the store in record time.

The associates are always friendly & courteous & helpful. If one doesn't know the answer to our question they ask another one. We always have a pleasant experience at check out. They also are very helpful & courteous.

After getting lost for a bit, I was helped by a store associate who knew exactly where the product I needed was. The check out was quick and the cashier was friendly.

I didn't require any assistance but was greeted when I entered the store and was asked if I needed help. I found what I needed easily and the items were organized.

Finding the products I wanted was quick and easy. The garden associates were very helpful and knowledgeable.

An associate, Jake, noticed my wife and I looking at a Kohler Toilet end display and asked if we needed any help or assistance. He was friendly, courteous,informative, and listened to our problem. He then proceeded to give us options on various toilets, pricing, reliability, easy installation. Jake represents the Home Depot like an ambassador does for his country. He made our visit one that we will remember for a long time. We met another fine ambassador for your company, the cashier. She saved us a lot of money by asking us a lot of great questions: 1. do we have a Home Depot card? We didn't. She said it would save us $25 on our purchase, we got a Home Depot right then and there 2. Was I a veteran? I was and it saved me 10% 3. She gave me a paper to fill out for a $50 rebate on the type toilet I purchased and took the time out to explain what to do and how to fill it out. WOW!!! I have never been treated this well in ANY STORE I have ever shopped. Needless to say, My wife and my shopping experience at Home Depot today was an extraordinary adventure and actually made shopping fun again.

Variety of choices in the hardware department with varying price ranges. Helpful staff. Checkout lines were a bit long . . . there is an option for self-check.

I needed several products related to minor fixes/repairs of my own home. I kind of knew what I wanted, but still had some questions. I meet a store associate within seconds of looking around for one and he walked me to every product I was looking for and showed me my options. He was great!

Every isle I went to I was greeted by an associated and asked if they could help me or if I had any questions. At checkout someone was right there offering to help me take my stuff to my vehicle. I really appreciated the way the associates engaged with all the customers there.

I went into the store to buy a gas grill but I wasn't sure what type of grill would be best for me. I found an associate, Charlie, to help. He took the time to ask the right questions and walk me through the different options and pricing. He was excellent! Because of Charlie, I will be returning to this specific location when I need items from Home Depot.

I love going to my Home Depot store. I spend entirely too much time their; the associates are very friendly and helpful if and when you need it. I like to go down each isle to make sure I don't miss anything I might need (almost all, I might skip certain depts. like garden, paints, & stick to the front isles).

I have lived in the area for some time and have shopped at this specific HD many times. I have usually found what I needed and got the help that I needed. I also appreciate that they are dog friendly. The associates are knowledgeable for the most part and its pretty easy to get in an out, or hang out all day if you want.

good store to have the home and garden products . The name Home depot is good for products warranty and easy to return the items. The home depot price is affordable. I like to shop at Home depot

You wait around for an hour while they try and locate the product that the computer says is in stock but they can't find it and you are told to go to another store 10 miles away and try the same scenario over again. What a wasted trip. 70 miles of travel and no product to show for it. I will try another big box lumber yard next time.

My experience at the store was fun and exciting. I was helped by two associates that helped me pick out my countertops and backsplash. I can't wait till it's installed. They were great and very helpful with me picking out what i;m going to have as final project. thanks

Went online to research, what I needed and what products I needed to do the job right. You had everything in stock per the Home Depot app I was using, got there at 7:00 AM, used app to find where in store products where. Picked up everything, even had time to browse alittle check out was great, you hired the right person, watching her handle some customers in front of line, and talking each person with a welcome smile and hello, even thou customer in front was a little difficult. You can tell she really likes working at Home Depot and customer service, great positive employee she is a keeper
