Make sure you know where every thing is cause if you ask a employee at this store he will snap back at you with the answer if you don't like your job quite a d get one that you do like or not

I needed to adapt from 3/4' PVC pipe to a hose coupling in a very awkward setting. Using a shark bite connection and a hose adapter all work went well within the confines of the small area to work.

Employees at this store are very friendly! I went to Home depot store to find someone to guide me with the process to replace a hot water heater that started flooding my garage on a Sunday and got it replaced with a new water heater from Homedepot in less than 3 hours! Thanks to employee (Sara) who went above and beyond to help with my emergency situation.

I believe this Depot store to be the best in the area. Location is good . Parking is usually not a hassle and the employees seem to care about their job/store

I was looking for a wired-type doorbell and thought it would be impossible to find one. I was amazed to find four styles for one price and another style for half that price. I choose the higher (but not unreasonable) priced one that had volume control and played different tunes. I needed something other than a ding dong which I have and can't hear in the back of the house.

I am generally pretty happy with my Home Depot experiences, but this store especially shines, due to employees going above and beyond. I had an especially positive experience in the shades department, where the employee went out of their way to understand my needs and explain my options.

Incredibly rude employees. Asked about getting help with a leaky faucet. Employee responded by telling me to get a plumber and then walked away.

Don in tools went above and beyond. Walked in knowing nothing about air compressors, walked out with what feels like a PHD in air compression. Thank you!

Home Depot sub-contracts. They make the entire process miserable because their applications don't work, you won't get a detailed receipt, you won't be able to contact anybody in charge of the project, and they try to do everything generically online using check boxes that don't apply. Better to just go directly to the contractor.

Just wanted to shoutout Mutaa for being an awesome cashier. This guy is always so patient, kind, and helpful (when something's not labeled well for example). If he's working a till, I wait. :) Thanks for making an otherwise blah trip, pleasant, every time.

Kitchen design team was outstanding. Having tried a cabinet company and a general contractor for our remodel I was stunned to find such a competent, friendly and engaged designer in David. He listened to our needs, desires (and budget), helping to narrow the decision - including some idea I newer considered.

This store has experts in the areas they are in charge of servicing. Need it, they will find it. I wish more stores of all kinds would also give military discounts like Home Depot and with a smile.

This has been my “go to” store for almost 19 years. The staff is friendly and amazingly patient. They are knowledgeable. We share pics of dogs, grandkids and life events.

Great store, very uninformed cashier. Refused veteran’s discount on $200 locker freezer purchase today. Not happy. Our kitchen and laundry appliance purchase for remodel may go to Lowe’s.

I have been going to this Home Depot store for over a decade and I am thrilled to see more women employees. The last three times I have gone in (approx. 2-3 weeks) I have been helped by a woman. I don't usually have problems with being helped by a man but I have to say there is definitely something different about being helped by a woman. I feel respected. No question is answered with a grunt or a blank stare. Keep up the good work and hire more women!

The store is a valuable part of finding materials to work on my homes. Without it, I would have to travel much farther and not get the service that my home store provides.

So many helpful people at this store and conveniently located near my home in Beaverton Oregon. Tara and Jan come to mind and I always seek them out. Great store and manager!

I came in with questions and wanted to order fencing materials. Bart at the Pro desk, sales person NAC405 got all my questions answered and we got my order taken care of and delivery time set. He took care of everything in a very short time. I will definitely go back to see him again as I have some others projects to do, Thanks Bart!

BOUGHT A RIDING MOWER AND THE GIRL SALES REP. WAS VERY INFORMITIVE SHE REALLY DID CARE AND SHE TOLD ME SHE CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS AND IT REALLY SHOWED.

I had 2 visits to this store, once to purchase a couple things and then I needed to return some things i “overbought.” Everyone I contacted were very friendly and helpful.

The store normally is pretty good. This week we ran into a group of personnel that really were confused about filling orders for next day pick-up. Specifically they need to learn how to count products and take it seriously.

Normally, this place runs well, but on 3-16 we had the following issues: Home Depot is listed on the Trex website as participating in their plastic bag recycling program. There is a warning on the top of the page stating that because of COVID-19, some stores have temporarily discontinued their collection of bags. Seeing this, we called the Home Depot store #4001 on NW Science Park Drive in Beaverton to see if they still collected plastic bags. The person (female) we spoke to had to check with another party, but came back and said YES, and to bring them to the Customer Service area. Arriving later that day we came to the Customer Service area and were told not only does Home Depot NOT take the bags, but they also HAVE NOT taken them FOR THE LAST YEAR. Someone has wrong info (at least one person) and this should be corrected ASAP. Customer Service personnel were curt when we told them we had called earlier. Not a good start. We came in for a simple replacement doorbell and asked an associate where they were located. He directed us not to doorbells, but the home security area (the “Ring” doorbell/camera area on Aisle 3). We found replacement doorbells elsewhere in Aisle 3. On the other hand, the associate who we asked about Cerama-Bryte cleaner not only knew where it was but took us right to it. 1 for 3 today.

Kristen greeted me at the door and went above and beyond to make me feel valued and took care of my issue and really helped me out!! Thank you Kristen!

Super friendly associates!! Clean and organized! I live closer to 2 other locations but will drive out of my way to go to this location!
