Excellent staff, selection, and product availability
The staff are not just knowledgeable about the products that they sell, they are also easily approachable and welcoming to the point that it truly creates a family friendly atmosphere.
Realistically, the products that are sold here can be found just about anywhere.
I continue to shop here because of the service I and my family receive.

Always have good employees to help
I have shopped here since it opened. I have always been able to get in and out with no difficulty till the last time when I stopped for lumber and found tool boxes displayed leaving no room to load a cart. I left

Screwed again
If you were really interested in honest reviews, you wouldn't apply all the limitations. I don't know why I bothered. I know I won't bother to go to Home Depot again unless it is my only choice.

Inventory issues
store is almost always out of stock of common items I buy, signage is frequently missing advising price and and bulk discounts. The isles have extra displays in them on the floor making it difficult to maneuver carts and get around people quickly and safely even without a cart.

Customer Service Excellence
I shop at this store frequently for work and home. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. They have a lot of stock on hand and if they don't have will always help you locate one at another store.

Check your charge statement
We used the self check out, paid with card for items, receipt showed we paid in full ONE TIME. Was a weekend, checked our card charges on Monday, Home Depot charged our card two more times for the same items.
We did not have the time to challenge the charges due to a surgical procedure that required home care for 7 days.
I would suggest you double check your charge card statement when buying at this store.
