Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Home Depot Spring Deals available?

The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden, including grills, as well as outdoor power equipment. That way, you'll be ready to enjoy the greenery and beauty this season. Find low prices on storage and tools to kick off your spring cleaning and home repair projects early, before the heat of the summer hits. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with brand-new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from 4/23 through 5/10, so remember to shop before it ends.

What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be certain your home is equipped for wild temperature swings by repairing or replacing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. On your house's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that may let water leak inside. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If water freezes in the cracks, you could be looking at a problem.

Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, keep in mind that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window or peephole when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the next Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Stop by the Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople! Introduce your children to the joys of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a box with a lid that slides on is a great way to hone creativity, fine motor skills, and listening abilities. This cute kids' project is happening on 5/2/26, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
