All employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Store is clean, well lit, and well stocked. This store is easier to shop than other Home Depot stores in the area because the layout of the store seems to be better. Some of the other stores have departments split, some products on one isle and the remainder of the products several aisles away.

Find Cliff. Go directly to Cliff. He will walk you to the correct aisle and help you find whatever you need!

Typically a great store, and a good company. The new unannounced return policy and return tracking system "the Retail Equation" is offensive and an invasion of privacy. When making returns as I have at this location for 15 years or more and suddenly have a return denied because I am told I am now "in the system" and earmaked as a potential abuser of your return system. I often do not have receipts because they can usually look them up by credit card (but this does not always work) and if they cannot find it, I am fine with Store Credit. Not they say taking STORE CREDIT instead is bad and they SYSTEM will not flag me. I never minded store credit because I am virtually certain to use it, as I am a loyal customer. The clerk tried to process the return 3 times, so now I suspect that it will count as 3 attempts by me :{. Clear was not well trained and other than to print the rejection out of the cash register, seems pretty unaware of what was going on. Now I will come in with a bag full of receipts and tie up the return desk for longer than necessary if there are further rejections. I understand the need for tighter return policies, but somehow HD needs to do a better job of identifying the good customers from the others. My returns may look excessive, if not weighed against what I also buy.

My custom millwork match was a pain to match but the prodesk and specialty order people hunted multiple vendors with days of research and finally NAILED the order with better price than I was even hoping for with fast delivery time. I can't ask for more... I guess this is why I keep coming to this store now for past 26 years since we build our home at Bethany!

Pete was very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional when asked a question.

By far, this location was the best of all Home Depot locations I have visited within 25 miles. The employee attitudes and service were outstanding. Kudos to the store manager. Help provided when needed but not asked for.

Accessible store with friendly employees! I will be back!

When look for an appliance go see David totally knowledgeable and even tho so busy focused on us

I called in to check stock/availability of a DeWalt cordless tool because I didn’t want to show up at a second store without knowing for sure someone saw the item and could possibly put it aside for me. The woman I talked with started off by being a little short and rude with me, but said she would go check stock. After a while she said they don’t have it. Since the item was on sale, I asked what I need to do to make sure I get the sale price when it is in stock again. She had no idea and was still being rude with me. I decided to go to the store anyway because these were the only two locations in the area that showed in stock when checking online. Turns out, I was able to find it (right where it belongs) within 2 minutes of my walking in the front door.

Steer clear of this store. There is a Manager by the name of Kell or Carol who is rude, condescending and not a very customer service oriented human. Not sure how she got to a Management position. Al other staff encountered were just fine.

Excellent service that exceed expectations such as the sales cashier, Meadow. When needed I am always able to acquire good and knowledgeable sales assistance.

Store 4001 has very helpful associates. The dept people are well informed about their products. The cashiers are friendly & helpful. The return area has the best associates by far over the other HD stores.

Friendly staff here. Specifically Nicki and Tara at checkout. They both ensured that I got everything I needed by looking over my items and by asking if I needed extra items, to which I needed because I forgot to add it to my list. Thanks Home Depot Beaverton

The people there were very friendly and helpful. Everyone made sure I was taken care of, very efficient.

Everyone is willing to help. If they don't know the answer they will find it.

Thank you Tony for helping me! You went out of your way to help and made sure the item was in the store when the rest of the staff just told me the item was not there and no longer in season. I hope you are recognized for your help and I hope they hire more people like you!

The store is clean and the sales people are very helpful and patient. They even provided an interpreter in French when I had a visitor from France. Great store. They help you load and unload your supplies.

We love shopping at this location. The employees are very friendly and cordial. Easy to navigate and find things.

Their plumbing departmart knows their stuff. Two different guys on two different days were great and helped us get our (fix a pile in the wall) problem fixed without a plumber.

Always great customer service and helpful

Products in the tools section are hard to obtain due to small aisles that barely fit a shopping cart and the layout determines you cannot stand and browse items. This design has probably cost them countless additional sales.

Curbside pick up has been great. Unfortunately when I needed to go into the store today for an order it was the opposite of great. Lots of staff standing around without much real help. They lost my order then made me wait for an hour and change while they slowing tried to pull the order. Here's the kicker, it was 4 simple items. What a lack of customer service today.

The store was organized and efficient despite capacity reductions. The line seems really long but they keep it moving so be patient and figure out where the line ends, because other people struggled and adults were starting to get into arguments about waiting in line! The staff were all very friendly, especially Suneetha who helped me with a price match! Make sure the item model number matches that of Home Depot it's listed under product details or in the store description of the item, and they match the price by 10%! It covered the 2 year warranty plan on my item, which includes repair or product replacement for two years! Overall, great store it's the better home depot in Tigard. They do not carry individual nut drivers at the time of this posting.

I can't remember the last time that I shopped at this Home Depot and did not find everything I came to purchase. With the corona virus going around, it seems that there are fewer employees and they are not as friendly, but it is still an enjoyable place to shop. I am also thankful for the 10% military discount on everything I buy. I work part-time at a local grocery store and only get an employee discount of 10% on certain items. Looking on line before coming in is also a great advantage. I was able to see on line that the store had the item on hand and also see what aisle it was on.

Sexist. Female contractor here. Was denied entry to Pro line because they were demanding to see a home depot card to prove i was signed up as a pro. There is no card! It's on the app but i didn't know that as I had never been asked to show proof before. I was eventually told by management that no such card exists but its on the app, which no one asked to see. I offered and tried to hand them my state issued contractors card but they refused to accept it as proof and sent me to the back of the DIY line. When i asked management how i get this magical entry card they explained how it worked but didn't seem to concerned over their employees errors or offer an apology. I would bet this wouldn't happen if i had been a man.
