Good experience, the store has donated a tree or two and some landscaping help to the local VFW last year and is a good steward in the community.

I have impressed with the helpfulness of the employees. I have been buying a good bit of lumber recently. On most trips there is an employee who will help me load the cart and transfer the material to my trailer. This is quite an improvement. In the past there was seldom any employees around to help. On the down side---The 3/4 ground contact plywood is crap. Yellawood is barely glued together with wrinkles and many imperfections.

Tamra went above and beyond to help me with my order and to help load my order. Everyone was kind and helpful

Came in to buy some treated 2x 6s for a project. The products were quality made and at a fair price. Was assisted by an employee which was greatly appreciated.

I have always been given great service and fair pricing with better than average selection in this store. Certainly better than the average Home Depot location. The few times I have needed to special order through this store, I have had problems with any home delivery including delays, lost merchandise, damaged merchandise, and poor response to any requests to fix the issue promptly. Special orders for store pickup can be slow but is otherwise trouble free. I mostly special order from other retailers now but for traditional bricks and mortar shopping, this is a favorite of mine.

Dana, the cashier, was very sweet and greeted me with a smile. She exemplified great customer service skills.

See my reported review We had driven an hour to get plywood and several other items. Tge lady at the pro shelf worked tirelessly to get the plywood off the truck and on the shelf We were so appreciative!! All the gentlemen that helped us locate items and the two that helped us load were very professional. Thank you

You have a pleasant staff and usually what I came for.

No one ever wants to help you . I hate the self checkout. Lumber department is full of lazy people that you have to down right get ugly with for them to help You load your lumber up in the cart and after you purchase it and put it in your truck.

Home Depot does have just about everything you need if you can find it and IF it has a price tag on it.

12/06/24 Friday afternoon, I work at a hospital and was coming to this location to purchase ceramic tile. The employee in the flooring department was rude and short with his answer to my question. I found the tile and he was nowhere to be found. I waited and waited until this nice lady came up to me and asked me if I needed assistance. She was AWESOME, she loaded the heavy tile boxes into my cart and my car after checking out! She was nice. I think her name is Tina or Kelly. This was around 1.30 pm. She stated she filles the online orders. But she was quick to put on her gloves and help. Still no sign of that floor guy. She has long blond/brownish red hair in a ponytail. She has a beautiful smile, and I will def be back to this location.

Ms Taylor went over and above in her assistance to us with our purchase including two searches for info about the washer/dryers we wanted and then assisting us in charging the purchase to our Home Depot account when we discovered neither my wife or I had our cards with us.

I was looking for a refrigerator and the appliance specialist She greeted us and told us about the specials going on right away, I found one and she had all the paperwork done and we were done in less than 30 minutes. Great experience!

All of the employees I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Every time I shop the store, everyone is so kind and knowledgeable with a smiling face. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else and fill it home like I do here.

Found store to be extremely crowded with shoppers and products. It was difficult to navigate the store due to displays of product and shoppers, but it was Saturday. I will try to avoid going to this location on Saturdays in the future.

Bought this last month & did so well I just purchased it again but next purchase I'll economize & order the 4 pack online

I needed light bulbs to replace some in my kitchen. I found them without difficulty and was able to check out quickly.

Most of time I'm happy with Home Depot and their offerings. What I find most irritating and as long as it continues will prevent me from a 5-star rating, is continually have to search for assistance and then finding employees on their personal phones texting or talking. THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR.

I bought flood lights for my yard

It was my experience that using the website to navigate and find items was more helpful than the actual staff. They had good inventory of what I wanted and the store was very orderly.

I placed an online order for curbside pick up one evening to do a night job. I picked up the merchandise, drove all the way to the project only to find out the two separate gallons of paint that I had purchased did not contain color. Needless to say, I had to drive all the way back home, not being able to start the job, frantically making phone calls through the night and essentially, and most importantly have become an unreliable source for paint projects in emergency situations. The next morning I notified the store. They were apologetic about it but I lost a huge job, tarnished my reputation and lost gas. I did go get the paint (again) but definitely left the store feeling defeated.

Over the past few months I have had several painting projects and Laura has helped us each time. She makes shopping for what I need easy and dare I say it fun. She is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

She had to help shoppers in three areas; however, she greeted everyone with a smile and was extremely helpful. She did not seem overwhelmed. She is a fantastic and awesome salesperson.

I was shopping for appliances and price comparing the day I went in the Brandon store. The sales rep, Melanie Taylor was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous, I decided to make my purchase that day. I highly recommend

My last two visits to the store to buy appliances were very successful and I was very happy with the help i received.
