You assume that I was not a satisfied customer because of the employees. but actually you did not have what I was looking for (expansion tank for boiler) I wasted my time coming there. Because I trusted Home Depot the pluming supply store had closed. And I had no heat throughout the night

Some many shelves not stocked. You may or may not find what you’re looking for.

I recently shopped for lawn and garden items and the selection was large. Staff was helpful and it’s a well maintained store.

Item advertised as "easy to start" ..... it's not.

Male associates rush by looking the other way. They congregate among themselves. Bins are a mess. Few items are properly located. Stock on what you want is gone or of insufficient quantity. Fasteners are so soft they are worthless and distort when tightened. I needed a well-made digital deadbolt but Home Depot only offers Kwikset or another brand probably made by Kwikset. I would no more install a Kwikset lock than leave my doors unlocked. Home Depot put all the hardware stores out of business. Now it's stock is poor, a disorganized mess, help is impossible to get and product is of low quality in packaging intended to drive up the price and supply way more than we frequently need. I find the emerging number of new hardware stores a better shopping experience. I cancelled my Home Depot card in protest.

I have never gone and NOT had what I needed.

The staff by the self service checkouts are always very friendly, attentive and appreciative.

We came to know first time that Home Depot has Pro Xtra care program for customers by Rachel and she added the same for me. In last less than 2 years we have done thousands of $ perches in the store during the remodeling of our 2 bathrooms and garage door opener etc, we could have benefited with the ProXtra. It’s like hit or miss to getting a pro associate. Before associates use to approach the shoppers now you have to find someone to help and answer your questions.

Had three plumbing issues develop over a 48 hour period. George in plumbing set me straight on how to fix the leaks and showed me what parts I needed. HUGE help. He was there BOTH days that I needed help. Everything he recommended worked out great!

I recently purchased a new toilet bowl and used HD for installation. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the installation, which I was not advised of until after the installation was complete. Upon inspection of the complete job the installer informed me that the new bowl was installed on an angle due to a problem with the drain pipe it sat on. In order to resolve the problem I would have to hire a plumber to adjust the drain pipe, which would involve the removal and reinstallation of the toilet bowl. I was surprised and disappointed. I thought Home Depot used qualified professionals as part of their installation services. Unfortunately I was wrong and will now have to absorb the cost of removing and reinstalling the toilet bowl again in addition to the cost of adjusting the drain pipe. It just doesn’t make sense.

They said they had 41 fans there and no one could seem to find them. I waited 45 minutes so I ended up ordering it the next day online and got it delivered to my own.

Clean, well-lit store. Bought mulch, potting soil, and line for my line-trimmer. In and out in under 15 mins.

A HD that gets it right. Helpful, happy employees! HD Corporate, please dont move this manager!

I found the spark-plug, air-filter and oil for my lawnmower without difficulty. They were expensive, but I'm glad that they were in stock. The young man at the self-checkout helped me without being asked. He was so nice.

Not only do they have products they stand behind them and they're very easy to return

A wide variety of annuals were on display and healthy. The roots are mature for transplanting into my pots. I also saw a great selection of small shrubs that are perfect for refreshing our beds.

I purchased a few trees and shrubs to replace a few trees that were taken. HD had just the right treesvand shrubs that I needed. Julie, was a great help and a pleasure to work with. Victoria Bosco Victoriae

Being a contractor for over 20 years, I have to say that the Bridgewater II Home Depot, #962 is the cleanest, most well stocked and has the friendliest employees of any store I shop in. Keep up the good work.

Helpful & friendly when you can find an employee. Some areas of store, lumber area harder to find help.

Sure it may be 3 minutes away from me, but compared to other home depots this one is the cream of the crop. All of the associates go above and beyond helping with any kind of questions or issues.
