Yes, power saw rentals generally come with blades, but we do recommend that you purchase your own. You'll likely not get a sharp blade when you rent, as most people won't leave one on there when they return it. However, you may luck out and receive an excellent blade on a tile saw, for instance. As there's no guarantee, it's better to purchase a suitable blade, just in case you need it.

Yes, please fuel up the truck before you bring it back. Note the original fuel level when you receive the truck, and be sure to fill it with enough gas to match that same level. If you don't, you have to pay a penalty known as the fuel replacement charge.
