Roland was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond his duties to help us with our purchase of a houseplant. Not only did he answer all of our questions and show us everything we needed, but he even put our plant in a new pot and packed it with soil. It's because of employees like Roland that make the shopping experience at Home Depot so enjoyable.

It was good. Customer Service could be better. Whenever I tried to get help, they seem to not know where their products at.

I and my husband went to buy 40 4X6 after dinner. When we were in that section and not many left in an open pallet and there are two store associates, one is driving heavy duty lift jack who come to help to get a new pallet from six pallet which stacks together. We do appreciate their help. I like to go to the Colma store than westlake store cuz people are way more friendly and helpful in colma store!!!

I was so impressed with Brandon's assistance. I had planned to build a vertical garden from scratch, essentially my first real construction project ever. He was able to help choose the type of wood, the necessary treatment i would need, he made recommendations on supporting everything that I hadn't even consider, and gave his own thoughts on what would be necessary, unnecessary or whatever. He was quite kind to me the entire time, and he appeared genuinely interested in helping me the entire time, which was a full hour. I honestly felt like I was discussing a plan with a knowledgeable friend or colleague. I would give him a 10/10 in every category including, but not limited to; approachability, interest, knowledge of subject matter, providing higher level thinking and applicationa as well as kindness.

Great kids workshops and great variety of products, prices and services. The staff at this store are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I needed a new hose and found an industrial strength hose on sale. I expected to pay $30 but I only paid $20. I also got a cool nozzle. I used the self checkout and my total visit took maybe 15 minutes.

Great place to get the items I need at a reasonable price. I also like the cashiers who are nice with a nice smile. I am not treated as a number.

Staff very interested in finding your resolution. I was not sent to a particular aisle or store section. I was escorted until we found my requested items together. I was then asked if there were other items that I needed, and I was again escorted, and together we found the items. At no time did I feel pressured, or imposed on. I felt assisted, and we together even did price/quality comparisons.

The store is well organized. We were able to find and purchase the materials (this month's project is a new bathroom floor) for our project really quickly. The asociates we passed greeted us and smiled. That sort of thing is contagious and felt great. We used the self checkout with ease. Overal, this was a sweet visit.

The Kitchen Designer worked extremely well with my Clients. He was knowledgable about all the cabinetry available and the details of each. He made my job easier and was considerate, asked all the right questions and was Desivery patient. The next time I have need of kitchen cabinets I will seek him out. I was looking for a drill tools which they have multiple selection. And kindly one of the worker surely help me which one to choose for the type of work I'm doing..Very helpful and will come back for more in the future needs.....Thank you Homedepot...

Hats off to George (he's part blind on one eye, btw) and Montanah. These two both helped me out in a big way. I came to the store to get a landscape light to match one I already had (was given by a contractor friend). Turns out they are only available online, plus I had a ton of questions about wiring and the like. These two people really helped me get it all together, and sat me down up front to get the thing ordered. I bought some LED bulbs, too. Very pleasant experience, and very helpful employees!

The cashier is very nice and helpful,it's really easy to find whatever I need ,the price is reasonable too.

2 associates at paint desk. three customers. One associate was looking at computer for extended amount of time. no customer was with him. other associate was helping woman with matching paint, he told her 5 minute wait. my calculations for service would be about 10 minutes, only if the first associate was moving fairly quickly. i couldn't wait. I would think Saturday at 10:30 am would be the time to staff up at the paint desk.
