I bought a kitchen air vent it’s on sale I’m happy.

We were at the store last Tuesday looking for some Halloween items that we had been trying to find in other stores and online, and Ben and Alddie were so incredibly helpful in helping us. I would only return to this store if I had no other choice. The employees used foul language openly in front of customers. It took forever to flag down an employee to retrieve a tool locked in cage.

I needed a replacement solenoid for a sprinkler system, but they were not in the sprinkler section, so I asked a nearby employee for help. She stopped what she was doing and led me many aisles over and half the store length directly to the sprinkler parts section.

Fabulous store and ample staffing, all of whom are knowledgeable, happy to help, and friendly. They are just crushing it at the store. I love this place.

Most items available, however phone customer service can be improved. Seems more floor personnel for customer a must.

Looks like they have upped their game at Home Depot 2 Colma... The employees were really helpful over all ..... especially Maribel... she was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and made the customer experience a pleasure.

Donna in appliances is a horrible associate and lost Home Depot a large sale on appliances from us. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Carina Phan was very helpful, knows her department and appliances got me the best deal there, she told me to open up a HD credit card and save me $100.00. I gave it a 5 Star. But the parking was horrible, the double deck parking structure was close.

Please train your staff to be kind and skilled.

I was not ignored n not looked n felt stupid wen I asked a question.

We were behind in our holiday decoration shopping and upon arrival, found out that the majority of fresh garland was already sold out. However, the sales cashier Nelda went beyond the call and helped us find something suitable for our needs. I have been to other big box home improvement locations and they would just say "Sorry, all gone." and that would be the end of our interaction. I appreciate Nelda helping us during this holiday season and making it a positive experience.

Carina is very professional and she explains the features of the appliances which allows us to know which appliances best suit us.

My salesperson, Olu, was helpful, knowledgable, and patient. I'd give 5 stars just for him but the added time spent on the phone with the credit agency to open an account seemed excessive.

Needed 1 2x4 cut in half. Wait 30 minutes…. Asked the guy one question and then he turned around and went on break before cutting the 2x4. When called back, never came back and was told he was on his lunch break at 8:30 pm when he store closes at 10 pm. Never had the 2x4 cut and by the time I left, 3 people were waiting for him

I got advice at the drilling section and I was nicely helped by Shitaye

Like the store location, great parkiing, flow, and most of the staff are friendly.

Ask from Shitaye to help you if she is working and she well do her best to take care of you

The staff at Colma II rocks! They are especially friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in the garden department: I want to bestow special kudos to cashier Nelda and the young man Ashwin who loaded supplies into my vehicle. They know how to provide excellent customer service.

I started a blinds order for my place on 4/8/23. It won’t be done until end of May. The flooring specialist, Tak, took an unnecessarily long time to complete the order, going back and forth via email and not answering his phone. There was no way to leave a voicemail message. I was willing and able to come into the store to finish the order, but it was very unclear when he would be there. He was evasive, unclear, not transparent and at times unresponsive. I would tell friends and family to take their business to Lowe’s or another store.
