There is other place better than homedepot to get your home improvement and home repair done and gerden

Sales sold me interior paint after I told her I would like to have the best paint outside house exposing to strong wind and wet climate. Refused to tell me how much paint I need for 70" x 20" surface. Bad attitude after I pointed out she sold me the wrong paint.

Look for Jenny! Excellent customer service!

I had some back-and-forth purchase and return issues because the item wouldn't fit into my rental vehicle at first place. I worked with Christine and Dean at this Colma, CA location. They are great listeners understanding my pain points and act promptly to help me resolve the issues. They saved my time and efforts so I don't need to worry about revisiting the store because of the same issue. Overall, great communication and customer service! I'm very appreciative that they put the customers as their first priority! Will go back to this store again!

I've never experienced more apathy from a group of employees. It took me asking three people to help find somebody who could unlock a product so I could buy it. The second person kept talking as they were walking away. When somebody finally did show up first words out of their mouth were two chastise me for not having been there of few minutes earlier when they were there.

Employee yelling at you for not being in alone when you are. Curbside pickup is non existent. Waited 20 min. Save your self the hassle and pick up in store.

Most of the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately on this visit, the cashier was neither warm or friendly. She did do her job without a word to me. I certainly did not feel like a valued customer during this visit.

In my humble OPINION, the #1 Priority of any type of Company should be CUSTOMER SERVICE. Home DEPOT pushed all its chip in and won the Prize of EXCELLENCE.

If you need help finding something or need to order something, this is the store. The employees are very knowledgeable and know how to do there job! Thanks Home Depot!

The sales staff was helpful until check out! The app was not updated to products actually in-store, ie the app stated the fridge was on site but when we got there there was only one and it was sold. Also, needed help with loading item in car and unable to find a staff member. Its tooo crowded and really busy at this store.

Shopping for my washer & dryer was easy, like the large price tag that were displayed on each items in the Appliance department. My sale person (Carina Phan) very helpful, knowledgeable about the appliances. Once I had purchased my washer & dryer, Carina Phan took the time and went over my merchandise & service summary step by step.

Bad customer service. Be aware that prices on shelf are inaccurate. Low or no stock at all on some items.

This is my goto store for most all of my diy needs. Excellent selection of items in stock, and I always find knowledgeable associates willing to take time to help. Check out is easy and efficient and I really appreciate the return policy.

Carina Phan, the associate in the appliances department, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Can’t recommend at this time. Normally I have great interactions with staff. I was accused of not paying and asked very loudly to see my receipt. I don’t know how 2 attendants couldn’t observe 2 customers checking out a at that time. I showed them after stating that they didn’t just see me check out and pay. I was very surprised and annoyed this was happening. I felt humiliated as they were basically calling me out as a thief. If I didn’t need what I purchased that night, I would have immediately went to customer service and return everything. I hope Home Depot of Colma has some customer service classes they can take! BTW at 915pm their automated phone systems doesn’t work and just keeps ringing for customer service. Stayed on for 5 minutes to let it ring.

Great store, always in stock and friendly associates, specially in the garden department.

Great friendly staff, most of the time. But, the two managers (Lawrence and especially Tyson) for stores are super pushy to their employees. Seriously!! Happy employees makes great employees.

Customer service is terrible at checkout especially if you get Judy as your cashier.

If I can't find something, I can always find someone to help me. This time the clerk in landscaping went out of her way to help me find a particular plant. Yeah!!! Then I had a question about garden hoses and found someone to help me. I highly recommend The Home Depot.
