Came in for some potting soil and planters was able to get what I wanted and got out in record time!

2 Colma Blvd, Colma, CA 94014 Home Depot is very busy during peak hours. Home Depot employee "Carina" handled multiple customers and tasks simultaneously in the Appliance Department handled three customers successfully. If you have a little patience, waiting your turn, your ready questions and purchases are handled in a timely manner. If you inquire about an appliance, you can leave your phone number and email for correspondences, get informational specifications, purchase, and delivery preparations.

I was treated very rudely by Doris at the front desk. I don't think she has the training they need. She needs to treat people with respect!

I have been impressed with this Home Depot primarily because of its ample parking, large paint department, and size of flooring department that I haven't seen at other HD's. I also like that this one has many of HD's moving supply items. Self-check out is usually pretty easy. I do wish their saw worked for customized wood cuts.

16 x 25 air filter captures all the unwanted air polutant, my furnace is running quiet and efficient, no bad odors and heats up the ambient temparature quick.

I would like to thank the service of sale cashier Katy for her warm reception and offering a discount of chip off brick. I do not have to go back to shelf and carry to cash register.

Ciriaco (Jun) and June went the extra mile to get me the product I came for. There were 2 that were in a display bay that made it difficult to get to due to the security fence hanging lower which made it difficult to get the big box out. Both employees and a forklift operator assisted me to check additional overhead stock and were able to locate and pull the product (Milwaukee wet/dry vac) down with patience and friendly service.

I went to the Colma store to purchase a refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised that there were enough salespeople on hand to help. They had enough appliances on display to make an informed decision. The sales person was professional, thorough and friendly. The process didn't take long. The store was neatly organized and overall I had a good shopping experience.

I bought a new refrigerator last week, I am very happy and satisfied of the product. Home Depot provides good services, friendly salespersons, and good prices.

Nick and Marcos went above and beyond to help me today. I was looking for some Halloween decorations. Im they were up on the top shelves and they brought it down and loaded up my cart. Very positive Customer Service.

I would like to say that this Home Depot was far the best Home Depot that I have been the customer service is great and they actually care about helping their customers one particular in person was Mary Jane she went over and beyond to make sure that my day well my morning became better by helping me after all my tools were stolen from me we need more people like her in this world I've actually caring about one another and she showed her today thank you once again I feel like she was godsend to help me .

I bought lumber last month. I need to get more for my yards. Before my project completed I'll come back to visit Home Depot again.

I needed help getting a 50 lb bag of sand off of an upper shelf. I asked 3 times and waited 10-15 minutes between each request. Even the Home Depot announcement system kept broadcasting to ask for help if something is too heavy for you. I ended up climbing up on a stepladder that was on sale in the same aisle and got the bag down myself.

Searching for specialized light bulbs, that we found was an experience that was amplified by the vendor rep being on the floor and then the floor person for that area. We found what we needed and understood why -- as changes were made and we had to update our equipment.

Amazing staff great help was able to get in n out with the right product I was looking for thank you so much to miss Laura for her great assistance this store has amazing staff!!

I had some of the best service at the Colma store this Friday. These two young women that were working the RYOBI stand helped me find what I needed and were super knowledgeable about the tools and accessories. I was very impressed. Monique went above and beyond and took the time to explain her knowledge and help me make a decision on the product I needed for the job. The other women I can’t remember her name double checked to make sure I had been helped and was very friendly. Super happy with the customer service and my purchase! You guys rock!

You'll be happy with the overall service at this Home Depot. They might want to add a lot attendant as driving around the parking lot is getting rather congested.

Found what I needed in a flash without any assistance. Wide aisles and easy to find items. Cashier helped me apply for the HD credit card where I was able to get $50 off my $150 order! Huge savings IMO.

Bought a Freezer and was helped where to find and there was no delay in looking for it

Take 2hours for the guy to confess his mistake of overcharging me for $200 and the manager seems to be so busy that he finally decide to appear in 2hours.
