We were looking for a dwarf meyer lemon tree and other plants for our backyard. We had stopped by another nursery first before heading to Home Depot. They unfortunately only had semi-dwarf lemon trees. We were a little overwhelmed with the collection and my sister asked around a couple of staff who just seemed to nod but Juanito to help. He went above and beyond researched the item we had to confirm it was a dwarf Meyer lemon. He also personally showed us what to feed the tree. He wasn't pushy about the product. I ended up purchasing food including my first lemon tree! Our check out person ( i did not get his name), was making friendly convo and jokes while checking us out. Thank you to them two !

Esperanza was extremely helpful and professional and knowledgeable. She saw that I was in tools and could t find a tool I was looking for and offered to call a tools assistant to help me out and when it came time to check out she was very personable and helpful and at the end she thanked me for shopping there which I never had a Home Depot associate tell me that before so she delivered a 5 star Home Depot experience so thank you Esperanza

I bought the wrong size of spigot and some unused extra material that I need to be returned, and the customer service rep was so helpful to taking care of.

I have completed three kitchen remodels each with its own challenges. Julio in the kitchen cabinet department is AMAZING! Not all kitchens are standard especially in homes over 100 years old. Julio was so patient and came up with creative ways to make things happen. He also quickly identified areas that would be a problem based on our original design. We now have a stunning kitchen with lots of storage, rollouts and even a walk-in pantry that hides a washer/dryer unit - no one even knows. Thanks Julio!

We rented a table saw and nail gun from Home Depot Pro’s rental shop yesterday. We expected to be overwhelmed, especially not being too familiar with power tools. Instead, we were met with the most friendly and supportive customer service I have experienced in years. Fabricio was the first employee to greet us and he was incredibly attentive. He made absolutely sure we were taken care of through the entire process, including when we had difficulty getting the table saw into our car. He even called us at home to make sure we made it and to ensure we still had enough time on our contract to get the job done given the delays. That's real customer service - very above and beyond. Kevin, the supervisor, was also exceptional. He made sure we felt comfortable operating both the table saw and nail gun before leaving, and made sure we had the contact information directly to their desk should any questions come up. I expected a standard experience, but was absolutely blown away by how caring these two humans were. Huge thank you to Fabricio and Kevin. Give these guys a raise! :)

It's a resourceful place to visit, although make sure you drive slow in the elevated parking lot. In September and October, it's uncomfortable to shop at the Home Depot when there are so many creepy and demonic Halloween figures on display.

Donna Flanigan at Home Depot in Colma is a great asset for the store. She helped me from start to finish with picking out kitchen appliances. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me the whole way. I would not have been able to do it without her. She made the process so easy for me. She ordered everything for me and I left incredibly grateful and happy for having someone like Donna Flanigan there to help me. She is amazing!

The strength of the store ins not the items it carries but the quality of manpower it holds! At this store most employees seem to be working out of compulsion than out of passion. One has to call for help multiple times and employees are used to ignoring customers. The Store is lucky to be in an area where it has a large catchment zone for sales else this store would have been shut a long time ago.

Everytime I shop here I use my non-HD credit card. I do not give them other personal personal info. I do not log in. I never gave them permission to save my credit card info. But I get a survey to my email every time I shop here. Don’t let them violate your privacy by shopping and using a credit card. Too many companies get hacked and HD will someday. All they will say is oops! Don’t trust these hacks.

I asked for, but received no help loading a 3/4 sheet of melanine plywood onto my shopping dolly. I did it myself but not an easy task for a 72 year old man.

Couldn’t purchase 5 to 6 tall potted plants as they don’t deliver.

Washer dryer machine department very friendly and professional in Colma location but not in Westlake location washer dryer machine department only.

The high levels of patience and collaboration I saw between senior and junior HD employees in Customer Service was outstanding ... an approach they displayed with the customers as well. I wish that had been part of my first work experience! And Charlie, the lead in the HD Tool Department, was knowledgable and helpful answering all my questions. You have a marvelous team at that store.

Customer service representative Blanca gave me excellent service and was extremely patient with me on making sure I had all the information for the purchase of my toilet and made sure that I had all the information for installation. In addition when she found out I was a veteran, made sure that I went to the right place online to register for military discount as a veteran. She took the time to give me the phone number so that I can properly register for my military discount thank you Blanca. Excellent service. I truly appreciate it and do not take it for granted.

we went to the colma 2 store in colma, 94014 we came to buy a toll and also return something. We were assisted by Lala, I believe was her name she was so wonderful her customer service was EXCEPTIONAL she had a smile on her face and answered every question we had just went above and beyond every place of work needs more people like her I can’t stress enough how just beautiful her whole aura was excellent customer service if I can give her a great review this would be it, I would give her from a 1-10 I would give her a million she was amazing!!! Thank you to her once again!!!! She should be employee of the year!!!!!

Bought two appliances, needed two hauled away.The delivery guys were told to pick up one. What a mess.

Very courteous and respectful. Did the job alone and worked very hard.

Employees greeted me with a smile and warm welcoming manner. Assisted me to lift heavy item and load it in my cart. I love to shop in this store everything iis well organized it is easy to find what i am looking for. Employees are knowledgeable.

Hubby and I purchased an appliance bundle for our new home out of state. Carina phan, our Colma store Appliance Specialist, was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the products and upfront about the sales and how to navigate out-of-state purchases and deliveries. She was personable and real. Tough to find parking due to remodel and some employees only spoke Spanish which I do not speak.

Wanted to buy window sill products to repair rooted out sill. But the products are now only available online, with requirements to buy min 2 each per order. These are the kind of products that should be offered in store. Many things, like tools, can be conveniently ordered online.
