Customer service is great and there is plenty or parking.

The store is always crowed with customers. There were large machines and people gathered together in the aisles. Employees are not always courteous and polite (cashiers). I would rather drive to Cutler Bay to shop.

Love the cashier all amazing

It has been around my neighborhood for a long time now and the staff has changed. Meaning there are more women than before which made it more comfortable to shop there as a woman in construction who appreciates seeing that they are allowing for that diversity to be seen in the store. I believe it inspires more women to be more DIY.

This store is always clean and well stocked and the associates are polite, professional and helpful.

Cashier Julissa, was great help she was running the self check out area and helped me checkout quickly.

I really like shopping at this Home Depot because ALL the employees from Returns Desk to the cashiers and the tool aisle workers are very nice and knowledgeable. I found the product I was looking for and the tool associate was fantastic! The store manager, Mr Bass, is always very nice and ensures great customer service. Only drawback is there is not a wide. Ariety of screws.

I visit the store later on 01/06 and express my sale to one of the manager I think was the assistant store manager and say store was very organized and clean. She was very happy that I stop and thank her. I believe her name is Lory and she says next time make sure ask for her if I need help. I only go to this location. All your employees are very friendly and help me in any department. I did find what I was looking for and more.

We are contractors and buy as many products as we can at Home Depot but this DEERWOOD LOCATION is our favorite Everyone we have dealt with is courteous, friendly and willing to have the customer happy. The store is with good inventory and quite clean. It is a pleasure buying here. Even Jeff the store manager is always willing to help whenever needed. Thanks, we love this store.

I enjoy going to this Home Depot location and usually everything is fine, but the one thing I would tell anyone going to purchase larger items is to make sure the price is right. For example, I went in to purchase a ladder on Black Friday that seemed to be a great “deal”, and there were a couple remaining, so I grabbed one. Exact same description for both ladders, were placed together in the same line, one in front of the other. I reviewed both and read the descriptions for both, they looked exactly the same. I do this because I know from experience that items get moved around, but these two ladders seemed to be identical. I get to the register and guess what, it’s not the price that is displayed, it’s almost $100 more. Is it my fault? I don’t think so, oh yeah and the store had just opened so everything should have been in the correct place. Either way I believe that Home Depot should honor the price displayed and then have an associate correct the mistake.
