Stopped by to pick up some stakes for signes and found them on the isle, as explained on the website! Was in and out in a flash.

A simple in and out trip ruined by a nasty employee
All I needed was some 20ft of vinyl tuning. I asked a lone employee named "Ken" working the key center "excuse me, would you happen to know where I can find more of this tubing?" to which he stayed silent for about 5 seconds then slowly looked over at me, rolled his eyes, and scoffed at me while having an annoyed look on his face. I'm not one to exaggerate an experience and as a former retail supervisor myself I know how annoying customers can be, but Ken (all black clothing with a black hat) was so rude, unprofessional, and nasty that I don't understand how he is employed there. I can't imagine how many times he's treated customers in this manner, hope management at least acknowledges this issue.

NICELY ORGANIZED AND WELCOMING STAFF
I was just at this store this morning, and sale cashier Maria T. greeted me with a smile. She was not behind the counter, but instead out in the aisle asking if I was ready to check out. She scanned my items efficiently, and then wished me a great day. Very nice, lady!

Unbelievable customer service
As a prior Homedepot associate I can elaborate on the fact that I know Home Depot values and how important customer service is. I needed some help on locating an item and I came across Amilia whom which is an assistant manager according to her apron. I asked her “where can I get the backsplash stickers?” Immediately started exaggerating the way she spoke to me and making smart remarks. I was so upset and blown away. I will not be shopping here again if that type of customer service continues.

Amazing customer service
I bought a gazebo and wasn't sure to do it online because I had few questions, went to the store and at customer service they guide me throw the process and all my questions were answered. Thanks!!!

Excellent Customer Service
Everyone in the pro desk and cashiers are amazing. I would like to recognize the following workers for their excellent customer service. Luz and Lilliam ( Cashiers) Zaida, Daniel, Wadim and Natalie ( Pro Desk Associates) and Gabriel and Edgar (Pullers)and also Sandro ( Manager). They always show great attitude and have excellent customer service. They make shopping here a pleasure. Thank you all for what you do.

Good and bad attitudes
As mentioned in the survey, the young rep in the painting dpt. was very helpful while the old guy there was not. In the tiles dpt. the rep limited to point out where to find what I was looking for while keep himself re-stocking and moving things without paying proper attention to customers.
