I enjoy going to this Home Depot location and usually everything is fine, but the one thing I would tell anyone going to purchase larger items is to make sure the price is right. For example, I went in to purchase a ladder on Black Friday that seemed to be a great “deal”, and there were a couple remaining, so I grabbed one. Exact same description for both ladders, were placed together in the same line, one in front of the other. I reviewed both and read the descriptions for both, they looked exactly the same. I do this because I know from experience that items get moved around, but these two ladders seemed to be identical. I get to the register and guess what, it’s not the price that is displayed, it’s almost $100 more. Is it my fault? I don’t think so, oh yeah and the store had just opened so everything should have been in the correct place. Either way I believe that Home Depot should honor the price displayed and then have an associate correct the mistake.

friendly associates

Have been using it for years and as a homeowner and home handy man it has solved many of my problems and needs. When I can't find some special PVC fitting, for instance, I don't like it. You have spoiled us to find almost anything at Home Depot. But, nobody or store is perfect. Ha Ha!

I have been to several if not most of the stores in Miami and marathon, and this one in particular have excellent customer service, and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I give them a 10

horrible experience purchasing a vac. first box i examined had a used vac that was sealed as new. 2nd vac was new but inept cashier not knowledgeable of product accused me of having too many parts in box. after wasting an hour of my precious time at store 6976, they verified what i already knew. i was treated as a criminal, even though manager & many people knew me from shopping there previously.
