Frequently Asked Questions About The Home Depot

Can I get building materials in bulk?

Bulk pricing helps cut your costs. For many bulk items, just add the desired quantity to your shopping cart online and proceed to checkout. Delivery costs and options will be calculated based on your location and the size and weight of your order. It's not just for Pros! We recommend reaching out to your local Home Depot store or our Pro Desk for extremely large or specialized bulk orders. Delivery charges vary based on the distance, order size, and specific delivery services chosen.

How long do I have to return items?

Shop without worry. It's fine to take a chance and bring an item back if it doesn't suit your needs. With a 90-day return policy on most items, there's no reason to not give it a try. So go ahead and buy what you want for that project. You can return a product by mail or return it in-store if needed. Learn more by reviewing our full return policy.
