This store is better than the REST!

Way to go home depot for employing someone like Susan the cashier. Friendly and efficient, what every employee should strive for!

The employees are always so helpful! If a product isn’t in store the front desk will always assist in ordering the product for us or help us get the item held at another location. We prefer this location to others in the area

If you see the associate named Buzz in your area prepare yourself for an abrasive, rude and confrontational personality - with no interest in being helpful or providing true customer service.

I needed help in several departments and customer service. Everyone was helpful, friendly and able to answer my questions.

Great customer service, emplyees actually help

The Hooksett Home Depot is my store of choice, I find the staff helpful and knowledgeable.

This store had plenty of what I needed.. Well stacked store. We browsed and found other items which we will return to buy.

I went it to Hooksett Home Depot with a list. I had stuff to return Person at the counter Fabulous, He was quick friendly and he knew what he was doing. Brenda in the hardware department went above and beyond in helping me with my not so common request. She is 5 star worthy. I also was in the garden center and the women there was also super friendly and went above and beyond to help me get all that I wanted in plants.... Thanks Home Depot for making my day!!!

Employee Chris Lathrop in customer service saved the day for me! He was able to find me a gazebo which I had purchased after the store sold my floor model by calling other local stores and arranging for shipment to my home. This was an anniversary gift that was important, and he fixed an otherwise terrible situation after an employee sold the last floor model that I had already purchased days before.

4 stars because I ordered and paid for a product that they didn't actually have in stock. That was disappointing, but happens. The store was well organized and clearly marked for keeping with the socially distant theme. I appreciated that. Their neighbor store in Concord, (where I had to go to pick up my order after Sarah in the Hooksett store made everything right, yay Sarah!!) was a disaster. Keep it up the way you're doing it. Y'all were busy, so you're doing something right :)

Initially the first visit was frustrating as the pro desk hours are not suitable for working home owners (I shop and do projects on weekends), opted to call on a Monday and Kathy was extremely helpful, she asked me to email her a list, she prepared a quote and followed up with a call to make sure certain items were needed. Kathy really went the distance helping me get what I need for a stressful project that has to be done. Ordered today and they will deliver once everything is in and picked from the rest of stock in my list. Scary amount to pay, but Kathy’s guidance and passion for helping made the purchase bearable.

terrible experience as always in this store. Let’s see if anyone from the store cares enough to reach out (I won’t hold my breath). Will save my money for my friends at Lowe’s

I purchased in item in-store that needed to be taken down from a high shelf. Nobody had the time to do it at the moment so they asked me to wait an hour or come back early afternoon. I called at 3:30 pm to see if I just missed the email that it was ready, but it was still not ready. When I asked the employee if they could do it soon since we needed it today as a gift (hence why we purchased in-store, not online) she told me that she couldn't help me because they were busy and it would be ready when it was ready.

Other than the wait to get in, which is expected with the current virus going around. Shopping experience was GOOD, had what I needed, staff was helpful and check out was very timely will return.

I used the self checkout. Kurt was very friendly and immediately available when one of my items wouldn't scan.

Associates were friendly and went above and beyond to retrieve an off season item I wanted for a Christmas present!!

This store is always clean and organized. The staff here is very helpful I often travel out of my way to shop this store over the closer option because it is such a better shopping experience. Also love the addition of online orders with store pick up, such a time saving option when your mid project and need to pick up more supplies.

Kurt was a huge help at the self checkout line. He showed me the new and easy way of checking out nuts, bolts, washers, etc. No more charts and pictures just simple 3 letter codes. In and out in no time and still had daylight left to finish the job. Thanks Kurt !

Karen at the returns desk is always rude both with me and other customers that I've seen her deal with.

Employees are always friendly and helpful, I usually call ahead of time to check on products because i’m Disabled and it difficult to get around , and sometimes the employee will bring the items I was looking for up to the service desk for me so i don’t have to walk all over the store, which is a big help. I love Home Depot, I just wish I had more money to buy items that I need and they have.

All the customer support staff are helpful however, my experience with Jess was wonderful. Thanks for taking time to resolve my air conditioner issue. You deserve a five star rating....

Friendly and helpful staff. Non-pressuring sales people. The product departments are easy to find and plenty of product on the shelves. I look forward to doing business with them for my future homeowner needs.
