Amazing employees and awesome customer service.

Going to Home Depot is always a treat for my husband and I. When we go there it is because we're doing something for our home and we know whatever we need, we can find at Home Depot. Rarely do they ever disappoint.

the hooksett store is closer but I like the one in Manchester.

Great variety of quality products. Personnel knowledgeable and quick to assist.

This is my favorite store.I always enjoy shopping here.

Went to buy a cordless drill Ive been wanting. At the checkout Ron noticed a military ID in my wallet and he made sure I received my military discount. Its people like this at Home Depot that make me a satisfied customer.

Like the fact that the store is usually well stocked with product.

Understaffed at the times I shop (late morning to mid afternoon). Limited stock in what I'm looking for.

Folks in all sections are helpful, Pellets purchased burn well with no smoke, and god heat.

50% of the lumber is warped, cracked, crooked, split, or otherwise only useful as firewood.

ALL the employees I had contact with (4 of them) were so polite and helpful, it made my shopping experience quick and easy.

This store is very conveniently located with exceptionally pleasant staff, many of whom have been there a long time. It is not the largest HD in the area so it does not have all the stuff a contractor might want or for a major building project. But it has everything you need for most homeowners and weekend DIY'ers. Its modest size and friendly staff make it feel more like a friendly neighborhood hardware store than a big box retailer. It is easier to shop than some of the bigger stores. Great for quick errands. I go there first whenever I need something.

Please offer HELP, if you walk past the same customer 3 times in an empty store, IT MAY BE A GOOD IDEA TO OFFER HELP. Customer service has suffered at the HD. Staff is no longer friendly and does NOT offer help. I visit the store multiple times per day and have to say, if I need assistance locating an item or checking stock I almost have to plead for help. The staff does not seem willing to help, they are in their own world. Online ordering may have destroyed the in store shopping experience as I see MANY workers walking around seemingly picking online orders and filling the isles with carts for online orders. Carts should not be left blocking narrow isles.

If you have ANY flooring needs, go see Jennifer LaCrosse. She is amazing! She was friendly, knowledgable and helped us get great product right under our budget price.

A BIG thank you to "Gary" for helping us find the appropriate outside bulbs to replace the dead ones at our condo! Too, he even took time to educate and inform us on the various differences (and there were MANY) and their appropriateness for our needs! Nice man! Thank you so much!

Live close by and was always able to find, ask, and get help in this store . . always clean, associates were always there to greet you when you come in.

Great store, great location (off highway), very very helpful & amenable employees and managers. That’s why I purchased my oven from Home Depot.

This Home Depot is always a pleasure, staff is friendly and helpful. Building is clean and well maintained. Rest rooms are clean. Would appreciate a shuttle to go from one end of the store to the other (only joking)- it's a big building.

Most employees are friendly and helpful. If they cannot help you they will find someone who can. Marc went above and beyond as usual to help us find the right faucet that we needed for our sink after had bought the wrong one. Marc is always friendly and very knowledgeable.

So far so good at this Home depot. I found associates that were knowledgeable and got me where I needed to be. If an associate was unsure they would get someone who was knowledgeable and not run around guessing where to go. It is important for me to get in and out and back to work. The other aspect is people that know what your talking about.

Clean store. Organized well. Good idea to separate the Online Pickup area. Very helpful people. Only one recommendation..... for those who pick out merchandise for online orders, make sure you're picking the correct merchandise. Many times I've had online orders and many times the wrong item was picked. Lots of unessessary waiting time for customer and customer service personnel involved to re-pick item. I do all my shopping Online. I am DISABLED, please add a chair or bench at customer service area for disabled customers. Other than that, GREAT STORE!

I purchased a utility trailer. Locating and processing my purchase was easy, and the associates I worked with were eager and happy to make it as smooth as possible. Very happy with my trailer!
