Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How long is The Home Depot Spring Deals sale?

Another big spring sale is here, so prepare to save. Whether you're doing spring cleaning and repairs with the latest tools or upgrading your home with new appliances, we've got what you want. Remember to check out our patio furniture, outdoor power equipment and lawn and garden bargains, too. Get great Spring Deals from April 23rd through May 10th and enjoy your new products year-round.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Be certain your home is set for spring temperature shifts by repairing or replacing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water freezes in the crevices, you might be looking at trouble. On the exterior of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that could let water leak inside. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to snow and ice storms. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados or severe thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators are pricier than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through an adjacent window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

What's the project at the May Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Stop by our Kids Workshop to encourage future builders! Introduce your children to the joys of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a trinket box with a sliding lid is a great way to sharpen listening abilities, fine motor skills, and creativity. This cute kids' project is happening on 5/2/26, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last.
