What a great experience- this store had everything I needed in stock and the staff were everywhere and vey helpful- this HD was far better than our usual local store further south.

My wife and I just had our second wonderful experience interacting with Kathy in the Hooksett, NH Home Depot store. We bought Levelor blinds at this store back in 2024, and Kathy was the person who helped us then. She was completely professional and knowledgeable, and helped us select the perfect blinds, and helped us find a very good price as well. We love the blinds. Fast forward, we had a problem with one of the blinds, and took it back to the store. There was Kathy again, and once again, she was extremely helpful and completely solved our problem in a matter of minutes with not cost to us. She is a great employee, and we are thankful for running into her....twice!

I just needed one thing here today. I came here instead of my local hardware store for multiple options for my project. The staff were great. I was greeted by several and all asked if I needed assistance. I was in and out in 10 minutes mostly because they had exactly what I was looking for and had helpful staff that directed me right to it. Well done Hooksett Home Depot.

I needed a 2” x 8” x 8’ board. There was a large selection of boards. However most of the boards were damaged and unsuitable. I finally found a suitable board. Had difficulty finding someone to cut the board for me. After going to the back of the store where the saw is located, I had to go to the front of the store so they could call for someone to cut the board then go back to where the saw was. At checkout, I told the cashier that the board was an 8 footer cut in half. She doubled charged my for the 2 4’ boards! I didn’t realize that I was double charged until I go home. H made a second trip back to the store to have the purchase corrected. Customer service was very good - no problem to make the correction.

I prefer organic vegetables, herbs and fruits. I would buy more plants if you expanded your organic plants. It would also be great if you expanded your herb selection beyond the typical herbs and fruits. I buy Thai basil, moringa, hearty lavender plants that can handle our NH winter from other places. I'm looking for elderberry as well.

It was nice, as a former 18 year employee of the Hooksett, NH Home Depot to be greeted warmly and helped.

It was easy for me to get help as I was greeted by an employee whom helped me lift my heavy items and even offered to help me to my car with it. Check out was quick and I was in & out in minutes time. Great experience!

“Hi! I’d like some more info about flooring, what’s available and how that works.” “Where is the home you’re looking to have work done at?” “Umm. (30 minutes away)” “You need to go to the Home Depot there for more info. I can’t help you.” Translation: “Sorry, I can’t make a commission by helping answer your questions so I’m going to tell you that you have to drive an hour out of your way to find someone who can answer you.”

I live closer to another store store but the HOOKSETT store has a better layout, more intelligent employees that are always available to help, and what seems like better products. I will continue to go out of my way to use this store in the future.

Home Depot employees who work at the Pro Desk should be routinely made aware of the week's/month's PRO promotions and offers. Home Depot box stores typically have difficulty generating a WiFi connection neither through their guest WiFi service or otherwise. Therefore, customers often cannot access the Home Depot app, which is heavily promoted as a perk to use while in the HD store. However, because of the poor access, PRO users cannot provide the barcodes to PRO coupons. This trip, the PRO personel were unaware of the current offers, and were unable or unwilling to manually provide the discount upon purchase. HD employees should be able to verify on the store's registers that a customer is a PRO member, and should also be familiarized each week with what coupons and promotions have been issued, and therefore if a glitch occurs, they can still manually honor the offers at the register. Otherwise, do not inundate our email inboxes and text numbers with promotions that are too troublesome to be used at Home Depot. It's exhausting because it happens repeatedly, and HD employees working the registers are not trained and/or do not care to troubleshoot this app and coupon problem with customers. It's not too much to ask for each register clerk to take 5 minutes each Monday and read the promos for the week. The PRO program is supposed to be an attractive perk, not a hassle. And the too often low energy-resting b!tch face of the "PRO Help" who offer nothing but silence to fix the purchase problem is an added frustration. Thank you for considering this issue.

I live in Manchester NH but I always choose the Hooksett NH location better customer service and inventory. Hidden gem in my opion.

I don't like shopping but the incredibly helpful associates make it much more tolerable.

My sister and I came to the Home Depot in Hooksett, NH to buy a washer/dryer stackable unit. We were greeted and helped by a gentleman named Bruce in the Appliance Department. I can't say enough good things about Bruce. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. He was actually so easy to talk to and was really interested in what we needed that we ended up buying a refrigerator as well. I will recommend this location and Bruce in particular to any friends or family looking for large appliances. It was so refreshing to have a sales associate be so genuinely interested in what we needed. He saved us a lot of time and effort. When we come back soon for a stove, I'll be searching for Bruce again!!

Provide more knowledgeable service throughout the store. From each department to checkout. There is either not enough or someone who knows little if you’re lucky. Disappointed!

Picked up a few items I had been looking for at other stores, and found them all at Home Depot. Plus, needed some help getting one item from the cart into my car, and that was handled quickly and efficiently, a real bonus since I currently walk with a cane.

i wish I could give you his name. He appeared to be working in lumber but when I asked for the location of the item I was looking for, he not only led me to the product but explained some differences and recommended one with the features I needed.

Everytime I go to the Hooksett store i have a great experience. The employees are friendly and helpful and my orders are always great and accurate. Thank you.

Being a homeowner you need a good place to get what you need and they have everything for my little projects here in there. I do have one problem now they stop working on my snowblower and generator.

If you want to purchase an outdoor garden shed by Lifetime products, go to the Home Depot in Hooksett NH--see AIDAN (also known as "DRAGON") at the Customer Service Desk. He is a true professional and was very helpful with our purchase. This HD store is always the best one.....great products, and great prices with excellent employees!

The Hooksett NH Home Depot is easy to negotiate, conveniently located off Exit 10 on Rte 93 and it’s always easy to find help if you need it. Their nursery is a great place to find healthy plants for your landscape needs, as well.

I placed a small order on line to pick up in Hooksett. A few hours later I got an email saying my order had been returned. When I went to the store I was told the item I ordered was up on a shelf and that it would take awhile to get it. They rather lose a sale than actual fo the work. Pathetic.

The older lady in flooring was condescending, happy to exploit my lack of knowledge about laminate flooring. Floors and Decor in Nashua NH to the rescue!

All self checkout is not okay. While it's convenient for some customers not all people want to fuss with this. Unless I get a an emoloyee discount I will avoid this "self checkout only" store

Can you imagine, no carts available, I had to call the manager and even he could not get a cart. Wow.

The tool rental guy is rude, unhelpful, and clearly hates his job.

I had to witness a poor associate get yelled at by another associate for something they clearly did not do. Tears and everything. Absolutely terrible service and I had to witness and wait to be cashed out.

Shamis & Sionia went way above what is expected to help me find a dishwasher & stove. I was nervous purchasing these appliances as I had purchased a refrigerator from another store and it broke the day after I had eye surgery. Shamis & Siona helped me find & research the best options for me. They were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, & caring about my needs and nerves!
