My trip was worth it
I purchased two 8' x 25" butcher block counter tops. They were loaded and on a trolley at customer service in less than the hour it took me to drive there, as promised. Great team from the product area rep, customer rep who greeted me, to the guy whoi helped me load.

Very helpful
Paul helped me with some 50lbs bags of salt. We talked as he put them in my car. He's a very nice young man. I tried to tip him and he said he couldn't take it. I think customers should be able to if they want to. It would be a win-win.... The customers would be happy, the employee would be happy and they would more likely to to stay working there. Hold on to him.....he's very

What a positive experience
I have never owned a home before, even though I am 65 years old. I made my list and went in in fear and trembling, but they were amazing. Every item checked off and such courteous service.

Paint department rudeness
My mother and I are currently repainting multiple rooms in our home and set out to buy the first rooms paint tonight. After arriving we were met with the rudest women for no reason. She asked if we were colorblind when she felt we didn’t describe the color in the proper way to her. She also was very standoffish and unhelpful. We had multiple questions to ask but we’re made to feel uncomfortable since we had gotten such a rude response for our first question. Everything was said with an attitude and we were so thrown off we forgot other items we wanted to buy. As for buying paint for the next rooms we will be shopping else where and its very unlikely we will ever return to this store. The women was covering her nametag so all the information I have is she was there on 09/27/22 at 6 pm.
