If you're a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your closest Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Do I have to return unwanted purchases in 60 days?

Can I get building materials in bulk?

Bulk pricing helps reduce your costs. For many bulk items, just add the desired amount to your shopping cart online and proceed to checkout. Delivery options and costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. It's not just for Pros! We recommend reaching out to your local Home Depot store or our Pro Desk for extremely large or specialized bulk orders. Delivery charges vary based on the order size, distance, and specific delivery services chosen.

Will The Home Depot app show which aisle a product is in?

Our mobile app was made for DIYers and pros. Store mode shows what's in stock and its location, down to the aisle and bay. Scan a UPC barcode for product specs, reviews, and ratings so you can learn more before you buy. Use image search to discover what something is, so it's easier to replace it. Our app also includes additional features such as augmented reality capabilities, shopping lists, and the ability to check a gift card balance or make payments on your Home Depot Credit Card. Download our app and get more done on the go.

Can I see when my order is coming?

Tracking your order is easier than ever. Just click to check your order status and scope out your delivery day.
