I couldn’t find what I needed and a gentleman named Joe approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. He really went above and beyond measuring the piece I had brought in and knowing exactly where the part I needed was stocked. He made sure it fit perfectly. Several associates saw my wife and I struggling to find the product that we wanted to buy and offered no help. It was as if we were bothering them and interrupting their private conversations in the isles.

Has an excellent tool rental section and it is always stocked well with friendly staff and never over-crowded aside from extreme exceptions. On our most recent trip, we mis-budgeted and the self-checkout attendant, Lori, helped us achieve our home improvement goal by discounting the flooring we were purchasing. I can't tell you want an immense blessing this was, and my family had a finished floor for the weekend. Thanks, I will be back!

I went to this particular Home Depot because it was closest to my house. The items I wanted were in stock. I signed up for the Veterans' discount and the clerk helped me make the proper connections on my cell phone. He was very kind and knowledgeable.

The staff at the Lady Lake FL. Store is always eager to help and offer any assistance. Store is always clean and bright.

I had a New GE Refrigerator delivered over a week ago and have had to have it serviced twice and a technician is coming back a third time for leaks and noise. Calling the store was no help. I bought a NEW Refrigerator and got a FIXER-UPPER and you won't take it back after a ridiculously brief 48 hour period during which problems could not be identified.

THE LADY LAKE STORE HAS A DESIGNER-LIKE APPEARANCE -- INSIDE AND OUT! IN A NUTSHELL, CLEAN, NEAT & TIDY! PLUS, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY & ACCOMMODATING EMPLOYEES! WE TRAVELED FROM SILVER SPRINGS (45-50 MINUTES) TO PURCHASE FLOOR TILE AS THE OCALA STORE DID NOT HAVE THAT SAME TILE IN STOCK. WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE BRIGHT OVERALL SENSATION OF THE LADY LAKE STORE!! WILL DEFINITELY REVISIT!!

I appreciate the individual care I received at this Home Depot! Thomas stuck by my side to find the lock hardware I needed and looked online to see about other locks that seemed to be out of stock. I don't ever get this attention in another unnamed store down the street. THANK YOU

This location has the best selection in their rental department outside of St Louis

it seems like I was blessed or lucky to perceive an ambiance of courteous staff or its that they cleaned up the bad crop; every one was pleasant and helpful , granted seems short of staff.

My wife and I are super happy to have found these two angels at the home depot store. Mr. Lindsay's attention was extremely excellent, he actually helped us find everything we needed to buy and took the time to explain to us the advantages and benefits of the machines we bought. wuaooo what human quality. and the second angel was Mrs. Maggie, who attended us to pay, her sweetness and excellent attention was magnificent. thanks to Maggie and Lindsay for making this a wonderful shopping experience.

We purchased a new outdoor Bistro 3 piece set today and was surprised that Home Depot now offers free assembly and even free delivery!

When purchasing a hot water tank, Elaine went above and beyond to help save me some money by having me apply for a Home Depot credit card. She also honored the military discount! She was wonderful!
