Be careful with online orders shipped to your house, for some they consider it a “store” order and when HD cancels it with no explanation, like they did, they make you go to the store for your refund

I usually do not respond to surveys like this!. Marie the cashier is just so efficient and friendly I had to. When she on I always try to have her check me out. Always an enjoyable experience.

All questions were answered professionally and any trouble I had was delt with immediately and also in a professional manner, great store! Clean and full of knowledge staff!!

Sales Associate Sharon M is an example of excellent Customer Service. She is pleasant, very knowledgeable with product and location, took the time to lead me to the product rather than just pointing to the general area, and made my shopping experience the BEST. The store staff were very friendly and courteous. When I called in to check on the plumbing item they connected me immediately and when I asked about the item the gentleman was “very” helpful. I told him I would like to purchase on the phone and asked if I could receive my veterans discount. He was not sure but said he would walk the item to service desk for answer. The lady at service not sure if it was Wendy?? Was very helpful and said they would hold item at reception for me. It is necessary to validate Veteran ID for discount or could ring it up and then would have to do another transaction. Bottom line they were all very courteous and helpful.

Every time we shop at this Home Depot we are so impressed with how helpful, knowledgeable and friendy the employees are to us. We've shopped at other big box stores before, but Home Depot is by far our first choice. We went to the store just intending to look at refrigerators, but we ended up buying one. With the current shortage of appliances due to Covid, we were not expecting anything to be available, however we were very pleasantly surprised to see that there were many choices that were available for delivery within a few days.The gentleman who assisted us was extremely helpful.

Everyone at this store is professional and Knowledgeable. Cashier Elizabeth at Manchester home depot is the nicest person I ever met. This is one of the busiest store and you always find people to help you.

Employees where friendly and polite and sales cashier Michele got me on my way quickly as well as giving me the option to sign my purchase up for a 2 year warranty which I did take advantage off

The Gentleman that assisted us with our purchase for the washer and dryer, was very pleasant, My husband and I were able to purchase the items, And most importantly they were both available.

I was able to find the items I came to purchase and I also picked up an item that was on sale. The item was a little difficult to find and I wish the Home Depot app on my cell phone pointed out the Aisle number of where I could find it as in the Home Depot website. The cashier was friendly and did scan everything in my cart very quickly. So I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I can honestly say that I dont get to say this all that often with many stores level of customer service these days, but I had a fantastic experience when I went to make this purchase. I admit that I can often be a real pita when making large purchases but Justin in the millworks was extremely knowledgeable and most of all patient in dealing with me and my several trips there to size up the products I needed. In the end I felt very comfortable with the products I chose based on the advice received and ended up making my purchase. Now this Home Depot will be my 1st stop for future projects!
