The store was clean, salespersons were very helpful for giving directions to the right isles, and customer service helped me to apply for a retail credit , she was helpful and friendly!

home depot is a good provider of building and household product, but in this time of Carona, at least at this visit, (I was there 2weeks ago and had no issues), some customers and employees failed to waer their masks over their "nose" and mouth.

1 star today for various reasons. First, Female security guard standing out front letting people know that they need to wear a mask to enter is fine. But her berating a customer who told her she was wearing her mask incorrectly (not covering nose at all and barely covering mouth) is ignorant and rude. Whether you think masks do anything or not is a different conversation but if customers are expected to follow the rules, shouldn't employees as well? 2nd, had an employee take a flat cart I was using because he needed it to fill an order. Really? Instead of him finding a cart to use he takes a customers? This is exacerbated by the lack of flat carts and I ended up having to roam the store looking for another one. Sounds a bit entitled, I know, but today's visit really rubbed me the wrong way.

1. Do not sell used parts at full price 2. Do not keep new items in back and tell customers no you can't have a new item. Come back during the week.

Very pleased with the staff of this Manchester Store. They were helpful and friendly and knowlegable of their products. Went in for a C/O detector and they directed me to the area and helped in choosing one.

The employee in the appliance department was very helpful regarding the washer/dryer combo unit. Explain the difference in the conventional dryer and the combo unit. Helped me make the correct choice. Was very knowledgeable.

While this store is always well stocked and has great employees that are most helpful, I love the recent addition of the self checkout, as it makes the entire shopping experience very quick and easy when you know what you are looking for, when to find it, and you can just get in and get out efficiently!

This store is a heaven for DIY's in the area. The staff know their trade and are very helpful. The variety of products is great for people with different budgets. The tool rental store is a necessary addition and always have what you need.

The Manchester store is a wonderful place to find your DIY needs. The employees, especially Don, are helpful and courteous.

Excellent customer service compared to other Home Depot stores, ie: West Hartford & Bloomfield.

Erica was very personable and knowledgeable

I had one really bad experience at this store where an associate argued with me and when i tried to walk away they followed me to continue the argument. He claimed he was a lic. contractor blah blah. I have always had great experiences since then. Tonight we bought a microwave and the associate did not ask us if we wanted the extended warranty. We had to contact the store and they added it to our bill.

Kudos to the Management of this store who let the employees be best versions of themselves, they do take pride in their work and are relaxed and not under any stress when they help you, this encourages you to make informed decisions, and you do NOT feel like you are bothering them when you need help, they make you feel so much better and encourage you to seek help when you need. This store is well organized and stocked with plenty of product. The staff are friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. Special thanks to Marie (cashier) who assisted me at the self checkout. I will be back and recommend to everyone to shop at the Manchester, CT store because of the employees.

Very easy and comfortable to purchase at this store. Customer Service is excellent! One issue: sometimes, items listed as being in stock can not be found. An effort should be undertaken to remedy this inadequacy.

I was frustrated with the rental Dept. and on my way out Jean, head cashier extended his help and dropped what he was doing to assist me and make sure my visit was turned around and was a good one. THD definitely needs more employees like Jean. Give the man a raise or good Christmas bonus! Thanks Jean! I would consider returning because of him!

I purchased a snowblower and 2 water heaters in 3 days. The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a floor model snow blower that was nice clean and ready. Patricia was so helpful and friendly. I had a lot going on and she ot my mind at ease. My experience was excellent. Thank you Patricia.

The Manchester Home Depot is a great store and I always find what I'm looking for there. As I mentioned in the previous part of the survey, Maria the cashier is great!

Strongly recommend becoming a pro contractor so many special services Home Depot offers it's definitely made my business running easier.

Be sure to stop by to see Kelly and Sara in the kitchen cabinet department, as they are very helpful. knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

We were able to find the items we needed in a short amount of time. I do not like to check myself at the registers, and there was only 1 cashier. I wish there were more humans to assist me with check out.

This is the second time we've gone in to buy an item at the store, and they no longer carry it at the store, and you have to order it online. Well, since we had to go online, we found the item for less money, so bought it from another source. This is a WAREHOUSE store, for crying out loud; you have room for a decent inventory supply; stop telling us to go online!!

The store is simply not large enough for the amount of products you're trying to sell. Especially in the front of the store. Too much clutter, all be it neatly placed, but this made navigating to the check-out area difficult with a large lumber cart that I was using. Yesterday, Labor Day, was when I was there, and it seemed, at times, even the attendants were over-whelmed with holiday volume of customer traffic/tight areas around isle displays.
