I had one really bad experience at this store where an associate argued with me and when i tried ...
I had one really bad experience at this store where an associate argued with me and when i tried to walk away they followed me to continue the argument. He claimed he was a lic. contractor blah blah. I have always had great experiences since then. Tonight we bought a microwave and the associate did not ask us if we wanted the extended warranty. We had to contact the store and they added it to our bill.

Home Depot is a HUGE store - one that you could easily walk miles in looking for what you want. I never find it a problem at this store. There is always someone there to help in every department, and check-out personnel I find are usually very friendly. Jeannette waited on us today and we both left with a smile on our faces. It's nice to have people who know how to give the kind of service they want to receive!
