Employees were very friendly and helpful

The store is always clean and neat and I like that it's not that crowded it's more space to move around and there employees are pretty good of helping you out.

I just had 2 very bad second being the worst, my fathers trunk is totaly destroyed, the car is almost an antique in which I have kept in great shape. I know both incidents were accidents at least I hope, but I feel I should be compensated a little better than this. I am involved with the car world and which I had hopes for Pa's car. I am past President of MG Car Club of Florida thank God I didn't have my MG on this trip. Look forward to hereing from you all, please check pictures they are not pretty. During this time of uncertainty with store closings and limited hours of operation, I am so grateful that Home Depot has safety protocols in place and excellent employees that are ready, willing and able to help you quickly find the products you are looking for and recommend the best products for your project. The store was clean and expertly laid out so that items are easy to find. The service desk cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable, and there are other friendly and helpful store employees available to help you find a cart, load your large items onto your cart and help you load them into your vehicle. Thank you Home Depot for such a safe and wonderful shopping experience.

Went shopping for plants. The area was clean throughout employees were busy watering and organizing the plants. Home Depot has the most beautiful and healthy plants than anyother retailer. Thank you R. Mahler

Normally I find every employee in the store more than helpful and courteous today was an exception. I needed to return some thing I was the next person waiting to be waited on. The very rude woman behind customer service hollered out “there is a line you know” Nothing was marked to indicate there was a line. I was the only one waiting. As I moved to the place she wanted me to go, two others people came in the door and got in front of me . She proceeded to wait on them first because I was not in the correct line. Seriously?!

This Home Depot has items and very friendly and helpful employees. The negative is when I pay with my home depot credit card sometimes I get comments like "I don't buy anything on a credit card if I cant pay it off with cash at the end of the month." Melbourne has a Calvary Chapel Church to which I believe these employees might be boasting their financial beliefs to the public as per how Calvary CC depicts how they should live. It's not a bad method it's just impractical sometimes. If you need your products now and can pay the balance off on my own schedule- I usually pay off the balance within 1-6 months-then that's what credit cards are for. Get what you need now and pay it off asap. But i don't need the cashiers to tell me what their personal financial beliefs are. You are a cashier not my financial advisor. Dave! This store is always my first stop when looking for home improvement products and services. It is not the largest Home Depot in this area but I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the active employees who provide great service. I shopped the entire store looking to use a gift card. I found exactly what I needed at a great price.

Store does not honor there sale prices on the shelf a row of decorations under one price then treat you like a thief when you point out there mistake. Never going to the Home Depot on 192 in Melbourne Florida again.

Home Depot is always my first stop when I need home improvement. This location always has the nicest helpful employees of any store I visit. Home Depot has a wider selection of products than the competition. It is nice to see people working in retail enjoy helping customers with problems and I think this comes from the culture set by the founders and current management. Keep up the good work.

The store is very clean and well stocked; employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products; no high pressure sales, just courteous assistance when needed. I'm looking forward to returning to this Home Depot.

This Home Depot Store provided me with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Their employees provided assistance, were friendly, and extremely helpful. Being new to the area, the employees that I came across while in the store were very welcoming. Anytime that I had a question or needed to find a particular item, the employees would stop and show me where to find it! I am absolutely satisfied with the customer service that the employees provided during my shopping experience. I want to highlight a Home Depot employee, Lai. She went above and beyond to go out of her way in assisting me with a situation (lost my keys). She diligently worked to resolve my issue. She was helpful and made sure that I was at ease. I am very grateful for her customer service and personable skills. Thank you, Lai!!!!

Every employee I had a conversation with was smiling, friendly and demonstrated a concern for my needs and questions. I did not have time to stroll and look around this time, I had a one thing to find and back to work. Thanks to your team, I made it inside to exactly what I was looking for and even had time to pick a few more items, walked right up to a helpful check out station and out the door in record time. I will recommend your location and will return for my next project and even take some time to stroll around next visit.

I often shop at home improvement stores but today the team members of this Melbourne location went so far above and beyond while displaying big smiles on the smallest task that i will always be returning to this store first.

Good store...BUT, If you come to this Home Depot be prepared to be bothered by walk around vendors. Home Depot needs to STOP the practice of employees or vendors walking around the store trying to sell you on a "water survey" or "a/c questionnaire". This is annoying, intrusive and many times I get asked TWICE in the same visit by the same person! I come to The Home Depot to get what I need and leave. If I wanted a "water survey" (which really means trying to sell me a water system) or a quote on an A/C system, I would have come in for that. Home Depot needs to set up a booth as you come in and just have the person sit there! These people make you feel like you're being stalked as you walk around the store. This happens every time at this store. I don't know if this is a company wide policy but it needs to stop. Some of these people are SUPER aggressive and won't take NO for an answer. Do these people get paid for everyone they "sign up"? Your Customer DO NOT want to be harassed as they shop, they want HELP finding the right solutions to their Home projects rather than an annoying HARD SELL for water systems and A/C units!! Checkout guy Mark is super awesome.
