Terrible, unprofessional, immature & rude customer service in the garden department.....

I realize that this pandemic has radically changed the retail business and I hope we will soon return to the excellent service I always have received from this store.

With stock people like young Austin who helped us find and load our purchases, your store will rate 5 stars everytime.

This store has the nicest employees and they are all so helpful. If someone can answer your question, they find someone who can. Super service.

Maria H. from Customer Service went out of her way to help me place my Pro order as the Pro Desk was closed ( Saturday/Sunday). My order was all special order items that are not in stock in the stores. I was not able to complete my special order online due to an issue with my account. Maria was also able to correct the information in my Pro account for me also. I was very satisfied with experience in my local store. Maria H. needs a raise and a promotion!

I had a terrible experience trying to exchange a XMas gift back on 1-7-21. I had a receipt from a family member, but because it was on their HD CC the ee or manager would not exchange for an equally priced item. After about 30 minutes and getting management involved, they did do a no receipt return to a GC, but than threatened that I could be banned from doing future returns. I spend $1000's each year and I was treated like I stole the item, even though I had a receipt. Terrible customer service. Now I will buy less or shop competitors. I think the frustrating part was with respect to the 3rd party vendor that manages their returns. They act like they have no control over a vendor they hired. They act like the government or some other entity made them hire the vendor.

I always make this store my first stop when home improvement is what I am shopping for. This is because the store is always stocked with items I need for repair. The staff is always very helpful, in fact it appears they enjoy helping customers which is very refreshing. This time I actually went to a competitor first and found they no longer stock the items I needed and did not offer any good advice on how to fix my problem. I then headed down to good ole #0260 in West Melbourne and got exactly what I needed. So I guess this just proves my original shopping plan is correct.

I can always find what I am looking for and if not, there is always an associate there to assist without hesitation. Customer Service is great. I try to go into Mark's check-out line if he is working. He is very nice, always ask how I am doing that day and I dig his ink. I think it's great that your company allows him to rock his personality at work. :-) Customer for LIFE. :-)

This is the worst Home Depot ever. I been shopping at Home Depot for over 30 years & not just in Florida. I lived in other states. The West Melbourne Home Depot has been my go-to home improvement and supply store almost exclusively since moving to Melbourne in 1988. Now that I live in Palm Bay it still is my consistent home supply source for the best of products and personal satisfaction. I am grateful to Home Depot management and services for excellent products and pleasant personnel. I look forward to years and years of continued satisfaction.
