I PURCHASED A RIGID JOBSITE RADIO IN 2015 AND ALBEIT WAS A GOOD RADIO YOU HAD TO USE A 3.5MM AUXILIARY CORD TO PLAY MUSIC FROM YOUR PHONE. NEW RADIO IS BLUETOOTH, SMALLER AND LIGHTER AND HAS A USB CHARGING PORT. I RECOMMEND THIS RADIO.

Alex assisted me throughout my visit in the garden area as I searched for the perfect mini rose plants and accessories for my mother. My dad died recently and she wants to care for some plants in her new apartment in an assisted living home. Alex was approachable, patient, knowledgeable and caring. He helped make this Mother’s Day very special for me and my mother. Thank you very much!

My wife and I went o your store looking for kitchen appliances, we had an idea but more questions than answers. Bob was there and answered every question, did not hover over us and allowed us to shop without being feeling pressured. In the end, we purchased all 4 kitchen appliances, and even went back the next day to buy a washer and dryer, on the way there we were hoping for Bob to be there, which to our luck he was. Bob was a pleasure to interact with and we are now “Bob fans!!” Thank you Bob for making this experience so enjoyable and easy.

Our main refrigerator failed completely on Friday. We visited our nearest Home Depot hoping to find a replacement. We have specific size requirements and specific needs. We were able to find the exact thing we needed. Dave B was extremely helpful and were left the store knowing our new appliance would arrive the following Tuesday. We couldn't be happier with our experience at this store.

Purchased a special order door from an inexperienced salesperson. Two major mistakes. Wrong size door and bad info on the arrival date.

I went into Home Depot with the wife to look at appliances last night Oct 2nd and while looking at multiple different kinds to get a idea of what we wanted a employee named bob approached and kindly offered assistance! While offering up his knowledge of the different options the wife and I found it easier to make a decision on what we wanted! We walked out with a great deal on a new fridge! Super happy with our purchase! Thanks again Bob!

Bought tiles last month for bathroom renovation This month came back to buy more tiles for kitchen Reno . Terry the homedepot associate was helping us last month and the recent purchase . Terry is an excellent homedepot employee to us. He knows his position as homedepot employee .

Previously employees did not greet you or actively reach out to assist you. Now there is an over emphasis on greeting you when you check out or pass by. Honestly, they don’t help unless you chance someone down. And the have a great day doesn’t seem sincere. It seems to be part of their employment requirement/metrics. No one helps load and you always have to self checkout.

Bought and installed the iFLO system for ac condensate drain treatment. After 10 weeks of use, returned from a trip to find drain completely clogged with Zooglia. Left several messages with iFlow, seems they never respond in a timely manner. Drain water is a pretty color and smells good until it clogs. My iFLO system is going in the trash!

All of the Ryobi products I've purchased the past few months have been awesome!

Im getting sick of talking to the Milwaukee guys about their husbands. Get some real men in there who dont need to click their water bottle to their toolbox! I want to thank Christopher from the appliance section of the store. He is very helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what I am buying or signing.

We especially like the opportunity to store our purchase in support of any home improvements and allows our contractor freedim to pick up when ready.

If you ever need a new appliance, make sure you find Bob in the Home Depot store on 192 in Melbourne. He really understands the definition of customer service and made it a pleasure to buy a new refrigerator and dishwasher from him. Thank you!!

Always available to help someone, especially an old retired couple! Thank you for your kindness EACH time we go there! The employees are not overpowering, trying to get us out of the store real quick, but helpful and allowing us to browse & buy more than what we came in for! Someone is always available to help us & answer our questions. If they don't know that department, they get someone for us. We prefer to drive up from Palm Bay to visit this awesome store! Thank You! Oh, and just to say, my husband is legally blind & always needs extra help, and an employee is Always available to him when needed! Thank You!!!!

I needed to buy 2"x3" planks but could not find any at this store. The other stores carried it so I know it exists. I walked around the area twice but could not find any attendants to help me search.

Needed assistance at the customer assistance counter. All associates were very helpful and polite. Great service!

I have worked with Keisha twice now for a commercial kitchen project and my private residence. Both times she has far exceeded my expectation. She is knowledgeable and with more than 2 decades of service at Home Depot they are very lucky to have her. I never feel like she is pushing a “sale” on me… she truly cares!

It is not about the visit. I ordered online and delivery but almost half of the merchandise was dropped to job site damaged. My team was building fences for 0.75 acre land. We had return more than half of the pickets, posts and concretes because it was damaged. Returning it via home depot pick up would take days and re-supply of the merchandise would take more days, impeding my team to finish on time. Plus I read online review that pickets are always shipped damaged and after so may times, home depot will deny the return. So my team hand picked 300 pickets by ourselves, did all return and delivery by ourselves. Home depot reimbursed the cost of rental truck. Employees were helpful but pickets filtering took lots of time with self delivery and return. There were no discounts for this ordeal.

People at customer service desk were rude nasty and do not value good service!

A little hard to find the Microwave unit but the service personnel helped with finding the unit

Needed some spoiled wire aboutb32 dollars each. It was looked in cage. No employees to be found walked allotment way to lumber area no employees in sight. Went back to front and waited 5 mins while customer service rep tried to find some one. Then walked me back and opened the cage and said get what you need. Got the feeling he thought this was below him. Terrible experience which seems to be all to common in HD stores.
