Wait a minute! "Avoid writing about customer service?" Evidently you know you're terrible at it.

Your employees, specifically Jamie, and Bridget and Shawn were Amazing Customer Service. Each one of them went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get packing items, lumber and other things that I needed. I truly must say that Jamie helped me multiple times as I have been to HomeDepot three times this week for different reasons but when he saw me he remembered about my packing and helped me get items. He also remembered our conversation about me trying to figure out how to attach my Kreg Accu-cut to use with my deWalt circular saw. After I purchased it along with some lumber, he loaded it into my truck and then he showed me how the Saw attached to the track, I had no idea. I am a begginer with toos. It worked amazing and his kindness was above and beyond but I sincerely appreciated it. Bridget well...if it wasn't for her helping me after she had clocked out of work for the day to get my sheets of plywood loaded on the cart, I would have walked out. She went above to make sure someone came over to me before she walked away and helped me with the cut as well. Shawn cut the wood in perfect accuracy that I requested. I am grateful for these three individuals that went above and BEYOND ! Definately need REWARDED!

broken kiosk, rude employees, no registers open. the worst! if you like wasting your time, this is the place to do it. 10 mins to checkout due to faulty equipment and rude associates.

Visited the store to look at purchasing countertops. Akela was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her customer service was exemplary. Another associate, Jason, was conducting a survey and he was very polite and professional.

I have been shopping at this store since I bought my house in 2008. I needed a lot of things from all departments to set up my home…mailbox, house numbers, paint , drill, interior doors, door locks, plants and landscaping materials, solar lights, extension cords, front porch light, toilet seat! From day one, employees in all departments were very kind and helpful. They guided me in selecting the right products for the projects. And I think it speaks well for this store that 15 years later many of those folks are still there! Susan and Mark (cashiers), Bonnie in lawn and garden, Del hardware and all around knowledge, Natasha (new in paint department) and several others whose names I don’t know but have always been very helpful. I always know that when I go to that store there will be someone I can trust to give me all the help I need. As a senior single woman that means a lot.

I was struggling to find the trim I needed for my door and Jacon went out of his way to help me find what I needed and it wasn’t even in the dept he was working. He was kind and patient with me and eager to assist. Thanks Jacob!

We bought paint and the staff gave great advice based on our needs and skill level. So nice and reassuring.

I always get great service and my pro rep is always on the ball offering her help and telling me when my pro perks are about to expire. I don't pay very good attention to them because I am so busy but am appreciative that I receive these perks!

Associates are usually friendly and knowledgeable.

MR. Wallace in the plumbing department has always been helpful. this guy is employee of the year

They reconize us every time we go to the store and they call us on the phone when we purchase large items to be sure we are satisfied.

Went in for some garden and pipe fittings. Gordon was my cashier. He was so friendly and nice. Went to the other blue box store, and the stuff I needed was out of stock. Will definitely be shopping here from now on!

My cashier was extremely helpful and kind...it made my return hassle free and reiterates to me why I shop at Home Depot.

Purchased a new LG washer and dryer. The salesperson, Bob, was wonderful and the set was 25% off.

JC asked me if he could help then proceded to make my store experience the best ever. JC helped me find all the items on my list and even helped me decide on a particular brand. He shortened my shopping by at least 1hour. Thank You JC

My daughter and I had no help to load plywood or other lumber. Workers stood there watching. No carts because they were all loaded for parking lot pick up which I do not do!

This store always has what we need and the staff are always a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend this store!

Be careful shopping here, they will not honor Home Depot advertised prices! If you see something online for a certain price, be prepared to spend $10 more at this store. You have been warned.

Patrick in hardware provided excelklent service in selecting the tool that I needed. I got home and he was mopre than correct when I used it. I learned a lot from him.
