So appreciate The Home Depot staying open during this winter storm. We had two pipes break but when everyone else was closed, Home Depot stayed open and we were able to get the PVC to cap things off so we could have water. They didn't have insulation, but we had bubblewrap at home and used that.

Lynne in the appliance department is awesome at her job!!!

Excellent staff. Ready to help and patient enough to answer all of my questions. Made me feel empowered to complete the DIY project.

Knock on wood, I always have a good experience at this store. The employees always are not only pleasant but eager to help.

We enjoy going to this store. The employee’s are friendly and helpful. The store is clean. If they don’t have what you need they will search and find/order it for you! This is our go to Home Depot store!!

Had an excellent experience at Home Depot today. Went to the other big box store in town first, to look at washers and dryers, there was no one available to help not one person asked if we needed assistance and we were there for like 30-40 minutes. We left and went to Home Depot and had the best experience. There were 2 people there and ready and willing to help we were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and even looked at multiple washers/dryers. The staff, Chad, looked up multiple washers and dryers that we were interested in and didn't mind how many we wanted him to look up on availability. He was AWESOME and we will definitely be back!

Clean store and helpful employees!

Need to have employees readily available after 4pm in the afternoon, Seems everyone has gone home or stopped working customers at 4-9pm need just as much help as those from 6am to 4pm.

Donna Hatley was a great help in my flooring purchase and also recovered a ladder for me that I forgot at the store when my purchase was loaded. She is not even officially in that department!

Another *****5Stars for New Braunfels Home Depot. I called into this Store, Aug 29th after realizing that I did not order my Pedestals for my Samsung Washer and Dryer. Ms. Lynn in Appliances assisted me in making sure I receive my 2 Pedestals before I get my W/D. She went above and beyond to make calls to the warehouses to make sure I get them by this Friday before my W/D get here this Saturday. She called me back within minutes with good news. I'm excited about getting my applicances and pedestals this week. Thank you to Ms. Lynn for helping me being so nice and professional.

*****5 Stars for the New Braunfels Home Depot. These folks are super friendly and they know their departments well. My recent trip to this Home Depot was on August 27, 2020. I needed to purchase some applicances for my new Home. Ms. Vicky Guzman happend to be working on this day in the Appliance area. She greeted me and my Mom with a great smile and excitment to help! I think she could tell by the stressed look on my face as I have been without a Refridgerator, Washer and Dryer for many weeks now in my new house. Ms. Vicky was very patient and kind. She explained how it works when receiving my appliances and what to do and expect. She knows this department well and got us through the transaction flawlessly. Thank you to Ms. Vicky for making this trip to Home Depot a pleasant and non stressful.

Everyone is always nice kind and helpful every time I go into the store better than other Homedepot‘s and visit in the same area

We had 2 appliance go out during the pandemic and could not find adequate replacements anywhere in a timely manner. Lynne in appliances was extremely patient and helpful in helping us locate affordable replacements available sooner than later.

This store has a very bad telephone system. 6 calls to reach somebody

Good store but sometimes there are NO employees to help me. That needs to be fixed. Also no one to help load.

Return employee had poor customer service. Impolite, no greeting. Couldn’t find my return with my order number. No sales associate on the floor to help me find the product I needed. Manager lacks customer service. No apology or empathy was given when I was shipped the wrong item. Did not offer to make my purchase right in any way. Told me all I could do was return it and reorder. Very disappointed in this store and their staff.

All of our stuff had been scanned by the cashier so my husband started loading our stuff, right in front of the store, while i finished up the transaction with the cashier. I never left the register and had my Home Depot credit card in my hand to pay for our merchandise.. The cashier accidentally deleted the water heater that scanned "Instant Savings" and had to call a manager to get approval on the transaction that she manually keyed. When the manager John walked up he had a bad attitude with the cashier. He voided the transaction and accused my husband of stealing.. He embarrassed me and the cashier in front of other customers and was very unprofessional. He would not listen to the cashier and made my 65 year old husband unload the water heater and bring it back in the store to be scanned again. He didn't even offer to help unload the water heater. Home Depot should be ashamed for having this type of person titled as a manager. I feel sorry for the associates that have to work while he is on duty.

Very neat and clean Home Depot store here in New Braunfels, Tx. The outdoor garden cashier was very polite and professional. We will be back to shop!

The worst customer service I have ever received! I just went in to have some house keys made(urgent) and Marie, an employee there, was absurdly rude. Do not recommend taking a trip to The HomeDepot right off of I-35 in New Braunfels. For some context: she told a coworker that she would help them if she wasn’t making these “essential keys” in a mocking tone and proceeded to tell me to “move” and she would make them, when I told her I wanted six keys done and I politely said I was sorry and didn’t know I had to move for this and she said “yeah because there is kind of a pandemic going on?”. Once she finished with the keys, she dropped my original copy in between a crack and said “I dropped your key, you will have to get a manager for that” and walked away! Please don’t let them have Marie assist you! After she walked away she took her “essential break” and the manager kept paging her on the intercom and as we were driving away she was walking back into the store from smoking!!
