I've never had a bad experience at this store. I always go in, and can get someone in the department I need to talk to about my current projects. If someone doesn't know the answer, or is in a different department, they will usually successfully point me in the direction of the Isles or Representative I need to talk to. If there's ever a lack of an item, in-store represenatives will always help you make sure you can either get a suitable replacement, or they will ensure to get it sent to the store. On our last visit, Laura was able to set up the purchase of a Water Heater that was only available at another store, and helped us set it up so the plumbing company and Gina were able to retrieve it and bring it directly to our house for installation. Our needs do not tend to be small when we have things like this - we try to get as much information, the best deals, the best experience and the most knowledgable people possible. We have high standards for people we welcome into our house to work on, and Home Depot really stepped up thanks to Laura and Gina to help us out. The store is always clean. I've never had issues while walking through. Everything has always been organized, everytime we've gone in it is a clean environment - even the restrooms.

Even though this store is the closest to our home we like it the best because of the staff. Some people don't know which items are what but they are still learning. My dogs love this place and the people are super helpful.

I had a very nice visit to my neighborhood Home Depot. I got assistance with finding what I needed and checking out. I got in and got out very Quickly. The employee that assisted me was knowledgeable about where I needed to find what I was looking for.

I truly enjoyed shopping at the Home Depot store today. My store experience was amazing. The store was well organized and clean. There were a lot of great sales and affordable prices throughout the store. The gardening sale's associate provided excellence customer service by taking the time to review the specification of each products and how to apply the products to my yard. He went over and above to walked with me over to the paint department and continue to assist and educate me on the products so that I could make my selections. Home Depot is definitely making a difference in our home and community.

I had a very specific need. While I looked for what I needed I couldn't find the specific item. I asked an employee who not only told me they had what I needed, but walked me to the item. Customer service like this stands out.

It is a helpful, and friendly store, where many of the employees have been there for some time. Indicating to me that they are happy to be there, and are treated well.

I needed to try and fix my lawnmower and Jeff helped me understand what I needed to do before I took the lawnmower I owned to the shop. He told me if that didn't work to take it to the shop. I figured he had helped me so much in trying to get my current lawnmower fixed he would help me get a new one and he did. I have rods and pins in my arm and it's extremely hard to pull the cord to start. He told me he owns a particular lawnmower and it starts with one pull. I used it Friday and sure enough, just one pull and it started. I was so happy with my purchase and the help Jeff gave me to make mowing the grass tolerable. He even took it to my car. He is a true asset to Home Depot. Everyone was super nice to me as well. Management is doing an amazing job training their staff!!!!!!

The staff at this store is no help. I loaded $1400 of lumber by myself while they stood around and watched.

Employees are VERY helpful, and the store is never crazy busy like some of the others. I love shopping here.
