I bought a freezer on line and was very disappointed in how long it took to get to my home. It did not come from my local HD. It came from Canada and was left in my garage. I am not able to pick up a freezer, and I am certainly not able to ship it back to Canada.

I can tell you that if you need help and their is a problem, find Andrea and Karen they will take of you and the problem. They will get whatever you need or find a way to try and help you.

MOST OF THE ASSOCIATES WERE KIND AND HELPFUL, HOWEVER, THE MANAGER, NOAH WAS VERY DECEPTIVE

I forgot the names of the two men who helped but they were great. Really appreciate the young man who took the time to do an excellent job.

Have checked several other stores with no luck. This Home Depot seems to always have good inventory.

The staff at that location was very friendly very helpful! better than any other home Depot including the one at the corporate location, at the corporate location they have the worst customer service and they're right across from the corporate office

I was in the store today and was helped by a few of your employees but Arthur M in Gardening was especially helpful and was able to direct me to another of your stores with more of the product I needed.

I had to return something and it was real quick. I needed something loaded and I was given great help.

2 times have in person help which beats online ordering.

Angela rocks as a customer service representative,she is polite,nice,kind and knows a lot about the products carried in the store. If she doesn’t know she will find out for you, she doesn’t point and send you in different directions,she cares and takes care of customers.

Low stock in everything I tried to purchase. I ended up having to go to another store to get the drawer pulls I needed. The inventory was also in the wrong place making it difficult to quickly find what I needed.

I was very happy with the with Roybi tools we just purchased. We also had a great associate who was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Home Depot And Floyd Lankford

I have been visiting this store since it opened and customer service has fallen off drastically. The associates do not have enough knowledge to assist the customer or give alternative suggestions. And that’s when you can get someone to come and assist you after being paged for 30 minutes.

Alicia attended us very well and was helpful throughout the time we were there.

The Powder Springs Home Depot has always been the greatest HD I’ve ever shopped! It continues to amaze me of their friendly smiles and continued fantastic service to the customer!

We had been shopping for a new refrigerator for weeks. We were given excellent Customer Service by your sales associate, Montana. There had not been anyone in the appliance department, so we asked at the service desk to have someone paged. Montana was about to clock out, but she came and helped us with absolute professionalism and patience. She was courteous, efficient - but not rushed - and gave us answers to every detailed question. Montana represents your store with excellence!

Everything was available

Store associates were friendly and helpful, especially Mannetta took time to personally help us find and select the items we needed.

The store was wonderful and busy but still eager sales people on a Saturday ready and willing to help you find what i needed.

Andy at hardware and Aaliyah ( hope spelling is good) at the self service cashiers were awesome and friendly and approachable and helpful! They made sure to ask if I needed help and to answer my questions and to satisfy a need. Andy helped me find a screw that required him to go above and beyond to help me out. And Aaliyah helped me make my purchase at the self-serve cashiers and was warm and cordial as she helped. She said she "wanted" to help me. Keyword, wanted. Made me feel welcome and helped. Thank you both!

Courteous and knowledgeable employees that go out of there way no matter how small a purchase may be.

We purchased a microwave today with Brad's help at the Powder Springs Home Depot. We did not have to try to find someone to help us, Brad found us, and asked if he could help us with anything. He walked us back to the microwaves and answered all our questions. There was a large selection of microwaves nicely displayed. Brad placed an order for us and set up installation. Brad was friendly and professional. We will look for Brad again at the Home Depot.

I enjoy shopping at this particular store/location as the store is spacious, clean and well stocked. The associates/employees are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable in regards to store products / inventory and the location of inventory. Always a pleasurably shopping experience.

This is the BEST store based on the positive experience and the associates that have helped me when I've been in this store. There are two other Home Depot stores to choose from but this is my favored store. Phil Moore is the absolute star of this store. Ms. Montana is another wonderful employee.
