I like this store. It's convenient and not far from where I live. I go in and find what I'm looking for (I like that). The employees are friendly and greet you warmly as you enter the store. I go there often.

I absolutely love this Home Depot. I always get excellent customer service. I have bought my curtains and lots of other items for my house in the two years I have moved to Powder Springs from Marietta. Floyd was my last customer service person. He was extremely knowledgeable of all my questions.. I will definitely be shopping more at Home Depot this summer for all my needs.

I was looking for a water heater to save money on a unit I badly needed since my old heater buster, a prior contractor gave me a quote of $2,000.00 + installation and other fees so I went to my local Home Depot and saved a ton of money, I ended getting a water heater at a good price and installation service and it all cost me $1,300 so I ended saving over half the cost and the service, delivery and installation was very fast and convenient.

I would definitely recommend this home Depot branch as we have been treated well during our last shop. Brad our sales agent that time, took an extra effort in assisting us for selecting our appliances. He is patient and knowledgeable.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. I know most of the associates on the floor and they have been there awhile. Anytime I needed assistance, I did not have any problems getting my questions answered. I am a longtime customer and I have been shopping there since their grand opening many years ago.

The customer service at this location is always above and beyond!

OMG! Best service ever experienced in this store by a sales associate (Chuck). I noticed he offered the same 'above and beyond' service to every customer while I was shopping. He set the example that others should follow. Very patient and knowledgeable about product locations.

Don't expect help loading.

Very poor customer experience. Staff attitudes are terrible. Staff will watch you struggle with an item while they literally sit behind their counters and just watch. Will not be going back to this store. Probably try another retailer.

The employees at this store are super helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to the fast and professional service, most of the interactions I have had at this store have been very friendly. The employees seem genuinely happy to help and are personable. I just moved to the area and this is now my go-to store for home improvement supplies.

Amazing staff that actually wants to help you, unlike some of the other locations (cough, cough Austell) . Will make this my new go to Home Depot location.

If staff do not know how to socially distance why would you expect customers to. A staff member repeatedly got within 2 inches of me twice at the self check out register for no good reason. This would be rude in normal circumstances but in a pandemic it is unconscionable. I will find somewhere else to get my home improvement goods.

The Vinings store is closer to my home. However, I found this store to have less foot traffic allowing for better customer service. Art and Tamika were super-awesome. Their knowledge and patience made me choose this store for my flooring purchase.

If you ever need specialty paint, get it at this store. Otherwise, most products and services are available, and there are few crowds at the store.

Andy in the tools department is very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife sent me in because of a project she wants me to do for our pets and I had no idea on where to begin. I appreciated the thorough walkthrough of the products. The cashier was also friendly and assisted my checkout!

This store is smaller than the nearby Hiram store -- but it makes up for it in friendly, helpful employees. I spend a LOT of time here (I'm renovating my house, not to mention all the yard work) and I'm often greeted by name. Shout out to Andy, Bobby, and Sue for extra-helpful service!

I LIVE LESS THAN THREE MILES FROM THE CLOSEST HOME DEPOT...I FREQUENT VISIT. EVERYONE THERE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL..RECENT PROJECT...I BUILT WALL BOOK SHELVES WITH ALL MATERIALS PURCHASED THERE.

This store is over all very clean and well maintained. The staff are very polite and ask if you need help. Their is a young lady cashier named Stephanie at this store who always greets people when she see’s them come in and if not helping customers check out she is always busy doing something productive for the company. I have never experienced her with out a warm smile and dedication to helping the customer in any way. This store is one of the best with attitude and attention to detail in store cleanliness and safey with a true dedicated staff.

The store is okay however the installation is horrible with no compensation for your troubles or the days you missed from work.
