Why did I become a Home Depot Pro??????????????????????? I have to spend 30 minutes at check out just to recieve discounts that should be automatic! ie. Tax Exemption and Gold Tier pricing...

Every time I come in I can find what I am looking for and if not an associate is always willing to help me no matter how big or little of a problem I have.

Gil was such a great help i appreciate him and this Home Depot so much!

I'm remodeling my kitchen and bathroom and was able to buy everything that I needed.

We came in the store needing assistance to order two items on line and Steve was especially helpful.

I always have a great shopping experience at Home Depot. I get greeted when I walk into the store, someone is alway available to help me locate items or to answer my questions about products. I'm able to promptly make my selection, make my purchase, and go. That's alway a plus for me. Home Depot is the place to be.

I stopped by to bring back some excess materials from my huge construction project at my house and was nervous because I had multiple receipts and items that spanned over at least 2 months. Steve was super helpful and sorted through each item and transaction with ease and patience.

This is the best Home depot in our tri county area. They are friendly and helpful and glad to help you without looking like you're a bother to them. The store is clean and neat and stocked well. I drive past the Home Depot in the area where I live to go to this one.

I spend almost $100k annually at HD. I use many locations across a couple of states. Powder Springs is the only one that is consistently great when it comes to customer service. They set the bar for all other Home Depot locations I have experienced.

They took extra care to ensure my items were packaged securely and with great care. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful advice when needed. I love going to this Home Depot for the most part because I dont know every associate, the associates are awesome and helpful. They keep their areas clean and are always willing to help me find what I am looking for.

This store has awesome help..Karen, Darlene and Montana are the best. Steve and Wilmot are great too. The only person you need to worry about is the assistant manager Noah very arrogant and mean. Other than that shop away and know that they will help you find whatever you are looking for.

Best customer service experience at a Home Depot by Willmont. He was positive, kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! He found exactly what I needed and went the extra mile to help me get what I needed. 5 stars! Way to go Willmont!

Every staff was courteous and willing to assist.

This was the second time I asked for help with a special light bulb and the second time no one was working who knew light bulbs and the second time managers did not care to come help. The nice cashier spoke to at least 2 managers that I heard and neither cared enough about customers to come even speak with me.

Walmot helped me out a lot, he waiting patiently while I was paying for my items so he can help me unload the items in my car . Great guy he needs a raise .

Evangeline always is helpful and makes for the check-out to be a smooth process. We need more of her in the retail business.

I had a great experience shopping at this store. I was I a hurry so I asked an associate where I could find the items that I needed. I was directed to the product location with pinpoint accuracy which saved me very precious time. My sales cashier “Shannon” greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed.

Aliyah Dalys and other coworker were so nice kind and friendly and helpful on my visit. Dont know much about gardening and they helped me out. The three were so warm and welcoming. Made my day better.

I was so happy to hear I was receiving a grill for father's Day. Me and my wife went, found the grill of a lifetime and a store associate named Joseph, sold me the product him and his co worker went to talk to a manager named Noah who told me I would receive the online price off 349.00 instead of 399.99 perfect evening!!! I walked up to a rude lady who I overheard talking to Noah who had just left just to ask to watch my cart. I realized I had the wrong credit card so drove 30 min home got it 30 min back to find out Mr Noah, of course was not there but oh Karen was who was still on the phone with Mr Noah. I reminded her of the conversation myself, my wife, Joseph and his helper all had with Noah. She told me pretty much I was lying. " She was on the phone with Noah still" but would not let me talk to him. Would not honer any price and told me she was the store manager. When I find out Noah is over Karen and Brett is over Noah. So lost my 50.00 in savings lost my warranty because of Karen and her oh so beautiful people skills. Put everything else back and got charged for a 2 pack of charcoal instead of the one I bought. I have built cell towers for 20 yrs watching about a million a yr go out of home Depot. Not to mention the home renovation we are and have been doing. This is by far the sorriest experience.. So to Noah, you need to stay until a competent manager can take over who will follow your orders and not stay on the phone for two hours. Joseph and the other guy thank you your help and attitude finding me the discount even though I did not get it you two went up and beyond...... 10 stars and a raise should be given.. Sue, you checked me out your work ethic and just being near you was a breath of fresh air.. Last and least Karen Wendy's and big lots is hiring I am sure your Betty crocker rude but would make a perfect fit as a yarn sewing bag girl.. top pay 16k yr Oh I forgot Noah was unbelievably helpful and did a mature great job helping us it is not at all his fault he truly from hello to bye was a perfect example of a leader and Manager
