We received excellent customer service and help from Wilmot. Fantastic gentlemen that went the distance to help us. He offered to get a forklift to load heavy concrete blocks directly on to my truck.

Been in a lot of Home Depot stores in my lifetime but this one exceeded my expectations in every area. You can’t walk by an employee without someone speaking or acknowledging you. The service is impeccable and will continue to business with this location specifically.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

We were at Home Depot to purchase window blinds. The sales associate was knowledgeable about the blinds and made some very helpful recomendations. Not only was she professional, the associate was friendly.

Just finished a plumbing repair. As usual the local Home Depot had everything I needed so I could finish the job with minimal trips for supplies.

I had to back several times for materials each time cashiers were very nice quick to check us out

Why did I become a Home Depot Pro??????????????????????? I have to spend 30 minutes at check out just to recieve discounts that should be automatic! ie. Tax Exemption and Gold Tier pricing...

Every time I come in I can find what I am looking for and if not an associate is always willing to help me no matter how big or little of a problem I have.

I always have a great shopping experience at Home Depot. I get greeted when I walk into the store, someone is alway available to help me locate items or to answer my questions about products. I'm able to promptly make my selection, make my purchase, and go. That's alway a plus for me. Home Depot is the place to be.

I stopped by to bring back some excess materials from my huge construction project at my house and was nervous because I had multiple receipts and items that spanned over at least 2 months. Steve was super helpful and sorted through each item and transaction with ease and patience.

This is the best Home depot in our tri county area. They are friendly and helpful and glad to help you without looking like you're a bother to them. The store is clean and neat and stocked well. I drive past the Home Depot in the area where I live to go to this one.

I spend almost $100k annually at HD. I use many locations across a couple of states. Powder Springs is the only one that is consistently great when it comes to customer service. They set the bar for all other Home Depot locations I have experienced.

I love going to this Home Depot for the most part because I dont know every associate, the associates are awesome and helpful. They keep their areas clean and are always willing to help me find what I am looking for.

This store has awesome help..Karen, Darlene and Montana are the best. Steve and Wilmot are great too. The only person you need to worry about is the assistant manager Noah very arrogant and mean. Other than that shop away and know that they will help you find whatever you are looking for.

Every staff was courteous and willing to assist.

This was the second time I asked for help with a special light bulb and the second time no one was working who knew light bulbs and the second time managers did not care to come help. The nice cashier spoke to at least 2 managers that I heard and neither cared enough about customers to come even speak with me.

Walmot helped me out a lot, he waiting patiently while I was paying for my items so he can help me unload the items in my car . Great guy he needs a raise .

Evangeline always is helpful and makes for the check-out to be a smooth process. We need more of her in the retail business.
