The store was bright and cheery with Halloween decorations already out. The Appliances where displayed in pairs and grouped in logical order. We quickly found three brands to choose from and made our choice after making our comparisons. We had a good experience and Maxx was very helpful.

Extremely nice and helpful employees. I was particularly impress with the employees in the Garden department.

This Sherwood store is clean, items are easily found, if not an associate is close at hand Holly at the front dest was especially nice and accommodating. I would diffinitely recommend my store of choice, Serwood Home Depot.

Always find the quality merchandise I am looking for and the staff is very helpful. I choose to drive more than a 40 mile round trip to shop this store.

We always have a great experience every time we shop at the Sherwood, OR location - from the moment the "greeter" welcomes us, to an employee answering questions and/or guiding us, to a cheerful and grateful cashier who sends us off with a farewell greeting. The management certainly knows how to find, hire and train these knowledgeable, talented, friendly and helpful employees.

I go to Home Depot a lot. Being a female, people find in unusual that it is my favorite store to go to!! The Sherwood store is my favorite one. The employees are friendly, and always very helpful. The store is clean and if you can't find something, you can always find someone to ask. Once again, LOVE this store!

Associates never seem to be around when you actually NEED them. Selection of water heaters was OK.

I checked on line to see if the store had inventory of a shovel I was going to buy, On line it said the store had 12 of the shovels I wanted and 3 of the sump pump basins. I left to go to the store about 1 hour later. When I got to the store I found none of the shovels that I wanted on the shelf/rack. A clerked looked for them for 15 minutes but could not find any! Another clerk stopped by and chatted with me and offered up excuses - "we are doing inventory so things are mess", "things aren't perfect". So I went to do more shopping. I needed a sump pump basin. There were none on the shelf. I could not find a clerk to help me, so I had to go to the service desk. She looked on line and and it said they had three. Guess what - they couldn't find these either. And the clerk, Holly, was also rude about it, I told her it was frustrating that I checked on line to see if they had inventory of these items before I drove 25 minutes to the store. She said "it is frustrating for us too" - no apology for not having them, She said they were probably all stolen!! 12 shovels and 3 sump pump basins (these are the size of a medium to large trash can)!!! I went to Ace Hardware instead and bought my items. I will most likely not be going back to Home Depot - Ace will be my choice for many items (even if they are slightly more expensive). I have also found many of the clerks in this store to be clueless.

My husband loves Home Depot. I like that the employeesare truly knowledgeable about their dept. I go online to search for item(s) my husband wants me to pick up. We need a Home Depot in Coos County. This store has knowledgeableemployeesin each department.

My experience in the Kitchen and Bath department has been a superb experience. A lot of thought and help has been provided in the remodel of my bathroom and kitchen.

The other week we purchased a dishwasher and the contractor who delivered it incorrectly stated our pipes were corroded. They were not. We now have to wait another week for delivery and now try to convince them our pipes are ok because the return process is so cumbersome. We will not be purchasing appliances to be delivered again from Home Depot. Otherwise this store is great.

When I first moved to Oregon, we lived in Sherwood so this was the Home Depot we used. The employees are just friendlier and more eager to help than any other Home Depot I have shopped at in the area. Even though, we live in Lake Oswego now I still try to shop at the Sherwood Home Depot. It is worth the trip!

Of the past three visits, we were only able to find what we were looking for on the most recent visit. Employees have been very unhelpful, again with the exception of this last visit. Gary in plumbing was VERY helpful, and tremendously knowledgeable. He helped us find what we needed and didn't make us feel rushed. If there is a different store closer to you, I'd give that a shot, but if you need some help with plumbing, seek out Gary in the Sherwood store.

In spite of a less than great experience with a couple of store employees, management came through with the best response, and I felt they addressed the issues well.

This store needs to get its appliance-delivery people doing their jobs. When you give somebody a FOUR-HOUR window for delivery, they should bloody well hit it, or they don't belong in the appliance-sales business.

Why a water shut off tool isn't with plumbing tools makes me wonder why. Plus the cashiers are too busy to complete the task of giving the military discount.

Products are easy to find and the customer service is great.

Excellent services! I had a question about whether I'll fix my garage door, the employee directed me to the right person and suggest adequate solutions how to repair the door.

The paint department SUPER helped me. I am painting, walls, furniture, kitchen cabinets, a front door and my deck. They recommended paint for each. Chatted with me about my projects and over all carried out EXCELLENT customer service. 100% recommend this team and the staff! THANK YOU!!

I needed all new appliances for my kitchen remodel. I spoke with an appliance specialist who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me find the best value for my budget and I felt confident and happy with my purchases. Everyone was super friendly, from being greeted at the front, the appliance specialist, and the cashier (who saved me $25 with opening a Home Depot account). Highly recommend the Sherwood store. Waaaaay better than another home products competitor.

Store has made several improvements. They have in the passed been lacking in supply of materials. They have improved over the last couple of months.

Living in Wilsonville, it is very convenient to have two locations fairly nearby.

This store always seems to have what I am looking for and is staffed well.

The Home Depot associate went out of his way to explain countertop options. After answering all our questions, we decided to drop our original idea and went with his expertise. In addition, the associate made all the arrangements to have our countertop installed all at a cost much lower than we expected.

The employee took me to the department where the item was that I needed. He also explained all the details regarding the piece of equipment I was considering.

Flooring department lacks specialists during open hours. General employee isn't helpful and makes shopping frustrating when they provide incorrect information. We on our 6 day of waiting for a call back. Customer service associate could't walk me to the aisle to assist finding the product, She just pointed and grunted. Checkout gal was confrontational and accused me of using a discount coupon provided by HomeDepot.com, when in fact I had not. Offered no solutions or compromises.
