I love this location it is very convenient staff is friendly plenty of parking hardly ever crowded great place if you're in a hurry to get in and out

We shop at Home Depot a lot and over the last 12 years have dropped close to $100,000 here and never felt bad about it. There is a reason why we continue to shop here, excellent staff that know their business and fair prices. Only thing that could make it better is if everything was free.

My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service we encountered at our Home Depot in Sherwood. Jennifer and Max were a dynamic duo who made our shopping experience a breeze. Home projects can be daunting but with local experts like these, we have all confidence that our project will be a success.

We’ve been remodeling an old home for several years now and practically live at this store. The one great upside to that is how amazingly helpful and friendly we’ve found the staff to be! My husband has started accusing me of finding any excuse to go back to Sherwood HD from Newberg because it’s MUCH more enjoyable to banter and work with its staff than to tape down Ramboard or clean out old vents!!! :)

This store is never a hassle....I drive further just to shop here. Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable people! The layout is pleasant, and they have EVERYTHING! In and out quickly!

Every time I go to this location I am pleased with my experience. Valerie, our cashier, was helpful and found what I was looking for in about 30 seconds.

We bought a new dishwasher at the Sherwood Home Depot and had the best experience. Autumn helped us and was so knowledgeable and patient. I'm going to use this store when I remodel my bathrooms.

Shelby was patient, kind, and efficient. She not only prepped my gift card for scanning, but showed me where to find my balance. She also waited for me to go to my car when I forgot my gift card.

Best and easiest trip to home Depot ever all the employees were helpful and I got everything I needed and more thank you Sherwood home Depot I'll definitely be back soon

Autumn was very helpful in discussing options for washer and dryer and helping me find the best fit for my home. She was very friendly and professional. She stayed late even after store closing to help me get the right washer and dryer. She also discussed with me lawn care for when I am ready to tackle that project. I will definitely be coming back to this Home Depot for my future home needs. She also sold me on the home depot credit card.

I came in with a gift card and rarely had visited and left determined to return as a loyal customer, great customer service!!

Sherwood Oregon has consistently had the best Home Depot staff! They nail it every time. Never disappointed. Love interacting with such an outstanding group of people and having such a positive experience every visit.

a challenge to purchase item & schedule install

Upon entering the store and looking at the washer and dryers the associate showed us that the dryer had dual options for the door. She was friendly and helped with the purchase. We had other items to get and the other associates were just as nice asking if we needed help or if we were finding everything okay.

So I came into this location in sherwood,Sherrod, looking to buy a Milwaukee stackable tool box the associate in hardware his name is Tay was very helpful in helping me with my needs for the tool box I was wanting to build and when I got to the cashier she was very friendly her name was Carrie great job folks

It was a quick and easy shopping experience. It was easy to find what I needed and I didn't have to wait in line at all!

Best home-improvement box store in the area! I recently had to shop at a competing home improvement store and was dismayed at the poor service, disorder, lack of product on the shelf and time it took me to successfully leave the store with my purchase. Once again, I am grateful for the Sherwood Home Depot—we are spoiled here with such great service, product, and pacing.

We had the best customer experience with Oscar and Andrew helping us find a product that was not on store shelves. They both went above and beyond to help us in a timely manner and were happy to do so with a great attitude that is a rarity in customer service. This is the best customer service experience we have ever had in a home depot ever, they were both were stellar.

I've been purchasing products from your store for over many years. It's a beautiful location, easy to get in and out of, and the people working there are always friendly and helpful. I've never written a review, but I wanted to take a second and thank you for hiring a young lady working in the garden section on 06/04/21 at around 2 pm named Olivia. Olivia was kind and genuine, and very engaged with the process of building a good customer service relationship while quickly taking care of my purchase. I shared that I was a vet, and she didn't miss a beat, checked my id, thanked me for my service, and provided excellent check-out service. I've been leading people in the finance world for over 35 years. There is a massive difference between people who try to be kind and genuine and people born with it in their DNA. Olivia has this gift, and whoever hired her knows what they are doing. I'd recommend you continue to build your team with gifted members like Olivia and wish you and Her the best for years to come.

The women that work in the checkout area of the plant section/fertilizer area always are nice. Look forward to checking out there.

I like the Sherwood store the best of the 2 that are in my area. I have always found the associates pleasant, helpful and patient.

Every time I go into the Sherwood store I get what I need and or help finding products. For my tool needs, home improvement needs, building needs....I never go away unhappy.... What a great place to shop AAAAA+++++

I am only giving this store a 4 & I am not sure it should not be a 5. Staffing at times is limited here and that can be frustrating. But when you do get help it is always by someone knowledgable, helpful and professional.

Store very clean, Tay re-keyed my new lock quickly and was very professional. Nice person too.

Store was great. I used the military discount for my small purchases. Really to bad there are qualifiers on it for large purchases which I am sure is corporate and not the local store.
