I have been shopping at Tehachapi Home Depot since its opening. I needed paint and accessories. The associates in the paint department were friendly and knew exactly how to help me get what I needed. They matched the paint color exactly and were friendly and efficient. I appreciated their assistance. The store is clean and was stocked with each item I needed. I enjoyed their friendly and helpful manner and how they worked together as a team. The associate at check-out, Aida, was an expert at explaining the discounts of a first time credit card with Home Depot and the bonus of discounts that came with it. A very positive experience.

I have made many purchases from this store since it opened. The prices are fair, the employees are helpful and I will continue to shop at this store

customer service is great.

Arbitrarily doubles (DOUBLES) min quantity of cement from week to week to almost 3-1/2 tons for bulk discount. Mgr not responsive - never came forward to explain why to me. Bad customer service.

Employees are very friendly & knowledgeable. They provide good assistance when required.

I shop here often and it's hit and miss. It appears to be the same size as most Home Depots I have shopped, but this particular one is always missing items. Either an item they don't carry (but readily available at every other Home Depot) or their on hands do not match their inventory.

An employee named Mike in the customer service department made sure that we got all the right parts to do an emergency broken water main repair. It was late at night and Home Depot was the only hardware store open until 10 p.m. We appreciate it all,

Good folks there are very helpful and most are very knowledgeable about the materials sold there. They get to know you by name and go out of their way to make sure you are getting a good service and deals. So far, my experiences have been very good in the past few years since I have moved here. I hope they keep it up.

I live in Tehachapi, CA and went to the Home Depot there. On July 1, 2017 I purchased a Whirlpool washer. Delivery was today July 7, 2017. There was a problem when the machine was delivered and I was not at all happy. Called the Customer Servce for large appliances and supposedly spoke to a Supervisor. Explained everything and then this lady gave me lip service and refused to do anything for me. So I went back to the store where I made my purchase and asked to speak to the manager. Kim Perez--the manager came to me and I explained my concerns. She was an active listener , patient and kind. She ended up sending someone out to remedy my concerns. Now that's customer service at its best. I cannot say enough good things about this lady! Home Depot is VERY lucky to have her. I sincerely hope she will get the recognition she deserves! I'll definitely shop at this Home Depit again and it is soley because of her!

It was early, so the store wasn't packed with shoppers yet. the people were pleasant and helped us with our refrig filters and our potted plants. The cashier (Tracy) was pleasant and helped us with our potted plants and other merchandise. We weren't rushed with our shopping so it was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

This store does not stock as many items as other home depot stores that I see online.

Employees at the service desk was very helpful. They kept the professionalism when other customers got an attitude with them. When they just got into line at the service desk

It's the closest Home Depot to where I live. It's generally clean and the staff is usually pretty helpful. One can usually find what he/she is looking for.

Great Customer Service

Dave was there to help me pick tools from the tool area and he knows just what to tell me to get and it saves me LOTS of time as I live 25 miles away from the store. He knows every thing about all the tools . I bought tools the day before and than I found I needed some thing else. I told him what I needed and he told me how to use it. LOVE that .

The employees here are HELPFUL (as opposed to turning and going in the opposite direction when you make eye contact, like in some places). Highly recommend!

This store has great customer service and friendly helpful employees. The other day when I was in, literally every single employee that I passed stopped to ask me if I required assistance. This is very appreciated in such a large store!

I have found that the employees are very knowledgeable in the departments they are working in and if they are not in that department they will find someone who does. they are very friendly and helpful and being a senior i often need help with loading something to my car and the courtesy clerks are all very respectful and friendly. My visit to the Tehachapi Home Depot today was like many others in the past. The customer service representatives were eager to help me find what it was that I needed. Billy in particular took the time to walk me to the products I was searching for which is especially helpful after a long hard days work. He then accompanied me to the cash register noticing that I had taken a few sandbags with some tears in them. He told the cashier that I had taken some damage product and Madison was kind enough to give me 50% off for those sandbags. This is the kind of customer service that I appreciate and I don't always find at Home Depots throughout California. I will definitely be returning to Tehachapi Home Depot as often as possible. It is rare that I do not receive excellent service at this store. I should own stock as I spend so much there!!! Dave in garden supplies is extremely helpful and friendly.
