This Home Depot is a store I come to every single day, and sometimes 2 to 3 times a day, and when I walk through those doors, I see a work of production. Every worker doing their jobs to the best of their ability, and would hear someone always yell out and says, “Good Morning”! But they don't stop there. If they come across challenges concerning an order, or a product, then they'll exhaust all resources. The are not so proud that they wouldn’t ask for help from other workers. I appreciate that. I have received such stellar help from the women and men at the Pro Desk. They delivered a perfect order to my jobsite within 5 minutes of the stated time of delivery. They also find a needle in a haystack, as sometimes I need to find a particular item. Now the cashiers have a wonderful way of making you feel at ease with pleasant conversation. I feel a string of personal connection. I've even been witness to them taking verbal beatings from angry customers, when all they were doing is staying true to their guidelines that they didn’t write. The Service Desk workers know their jobs well, as I sometimes need to return an item. They search their computers, and find exactly what money returns where. And, they do it with a genuine smile. Also, the workers in each of their departments. They have given me so much helpful advice, and saved me and my clients time and money. To me, they have become a valuable asset. From paint, to electrical, to plumbing, to tools, nuts and bolts, and lumber. With all these moving parts of every worker, they are like many gears with perfect alignment. Each person doing their part. So for me, this store ranks higher than all other Home Depots. It may be a big box store with the name “corporation” tied to it, but they have what other stores don't. They have Heart. They retain such kindness, yet be perfectly professional. That’s rare these days. So a shout out to the men and women of the Tehachapi Home Depot. Although products remain the same, you still retain such excellence in being the best part of yourselves. Thank you all!!

Wish the lady at self check out was a little more professional and friendly, she was rude when asking a simple question at the selk checkout line. if they dont want to assist, they should open more regular registers so they dont need to be bothered with helping customers.

The employee Dolfe was very helpful with my shopping needs and always had a smile on her face.

Over the last few months I have purchased lumber, paint and all manner of supplies necessary to build my wedding arch. The quality of these products has been fantastic.

Asked for a small favour and James the assistant Manager bent over backwards to help.

This Home Depot has the most efficient and helpful and friendliest team of women and men. They have helped me in so many ways, wether it's finding the right plumbing and electrical part, or recieving good advice on paint. The folks at the Pro Desk are such stellar people. They have the inside track to customer service, and information. I've ordered from them before, and they hit the nail on the head. Also, the cashiers make my transaction go through smoothly, and with a smile. I truly appreciate all the workers at this Home Depot, and am grateful for each time I go there, which is at least once a day.
