Just wanted to send a little thank you to the cashier and attendant in he gardening section! Very sweet and helpful to my family and I.

I love this location. This has become my home store for the past 2 years. Nice self check out, I love to order online and pick up in the store. The employees make such a great team!!

Most home depots are fairly similar in layout. So this one isn't any different when it comes to what is sold vs other home depots. However what it does have that is extraordinary is the staff. These people go above ans beyond to think of customers needs. They're not over stressed from the chaotic struggles of inner city issues. This mountain top hidden gem is a great place to detour for hardware needs.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Everytime I walk into this location, I’m always greeted with a warm smile and a great big “Hello! Welcome to the Home Depot. Can I help you find something today?” It never fails! If it’s extremely busy, the employees still take time to look up and acknowledge my existence. I’ve spent several thousands of dollars at this location and I plan on spending more!

I had to do an exchange a kitchen cabinet because the cabinet we bought would not fit it was about 8 inches to big. They were so Professional and Helpful. From the return people working the desk to the managers they made it an great experience. Thank You

I have to admit, this store can be frustrating because they seem to be out of what we need or we get home and realized we bought something that’s been returned and is missing parts or is broken but the customer service we experience at the store, is usually great all throughout the store. To point out one specific employee though, Mateo is by far one of their best employees. I don’t know if he is a cashier or some sort of manager, but he is ALWAYS so professional, friendly and super attentive. The customer service makes this store worth shopping at.

Luckily I was able to find what I needed. Prices however were not correct. Showed one price, yet was way higher at register. With so many tags on beams, and merchandise not in correct spot… it’s hard to tell what is a lower price, a new item or bulk item. Or if it’s even the correct price as I found out when I went to make my purchases. Most of staff I did encounter were very pleasant and helpful…Upin(?) and Cashier Patty(?)… Customer Service Supervisor not so much…. Gave me the impression I was wasting his time.

Jesus & Allyson went above & beyond to help me with my return today! They were very polite, helpful & friendly not to mention it was a quick & smooth transition!

On 5/13/24 I went into this store to return a siding nail gun, I had ordered from Homedepot.com. Unfortunately for me, they only carry one siding nailer in stock that is almost twice expensive as the one I had bought. The job I was doing was basically at a standstill, and I couldn’t afford to wait another week for a replacement nailer to be shipped. Rudy, one of the managers here, really went out of his way to take care of me. From getting on a ladder and getting the nailer down from the overhead, to marking it down to a very fair price in order for me to purchase a new gun. Way to go Home Depot Tehachapi, you guys rock!

I did not receive any help or acknowledgment from the employees in the inside garden section who were working on the aisles.

Only Home Depot store that’s close to stocked.

Pro desk was convenient in making over the phone order, the young lady there was very helpful with no friction but very efficient

The employees at my Home Depot are so helpful! They don't try to hide, they try to help me before I can even ask them, always ready to put large and/or heavy items in my car for me, and they are so knowledgeable about everything in the store.

Sheryl C is an Appliance Specialist and was professionally courteous. There was not a single time that I asked a question about any appliance that she didn't know how to answer my question in a timely manner! She really cared about my feelings! Her professionalism and knowledge of this store is top notch! We will be back soon to buy more appliances from her.

I really enjoy shopping at our local store and seeing the same people regularly. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I can usually find what I want and when I cannot, there is an employee ready to walk me to the item I can't find.

Chris saved me a lot of time searching for a lawnmower in the garden area. His recommendation was on spot and I'm glad he helped me on that day. Dolfe the cashier was very helpful also and I enjoyed our conversation while waiting for the manager to come approve my purchase.

You have a good crew in Tehachapi. I always find everyone helpful. The employees are quick to drop what they are doing and walk you to the item you need. Employees are easy to find and friendly. Good job Tehachapi!
